“Breakfast was excellent. Multiple options. Staff kept the food fresh.”

“For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.”

“I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

“Fräscht och bra hotell, vänligt bemötande, bra rum, bra frukost, inget att klaga på.”

“This is an older HI Express that could use some updates to the guest rooms. The toilet, sink and shower could all use an update. Breakfast was good with lots of options.”

“Na”

“The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking.”

“It was clean”

“Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property.”

“The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and...

“Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay.”

“I paid for this room and due to a police report that took place 2 weeks prior on the 11th or 12th they told me my room I paid for was unavailable I still have not received my refund hopefully it gets resolved it's been over 3 weeks”

“Close to a number of restaurants and easy access off of the highway! Plenty of parking! Maintenance in our room was poor as the bathroom door was broken and they knew about it and still book us into that room. There are no coffee makers in the rooms but you can ask for one. The bedding was stained and the soap dispensers empty. The floor does not have carpet, which I liked, but not super clean. Not impressed with their lack of attention to details that matter.”
