The vacation villa Dimora Mina in San Gregorio di Patù is a fully fenced property with spacious, well-maintained outdoor areas and ocean views, towering palm trees, and everything you need for a carefree vacation in Lower Salento, Capo di Leuca.
Thepool area, featuring a hot tub and ocean views, is the heart of the villa?the perfect spot to spend your days relaxing and having fun.
There is also a gazebo furnished with outdoor seating and a shaded veranda, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The interiors of Dimora Mina are spacious and well-laid-out, designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The living area is located on the lower level. It features an open kitchen, a dining room, and a sofa.
Two large folding doors separate two bedrooms from the living room: one twin bedroom with two single beds and one double bedroom. The lower level has one bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there is one triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, served by one bathroom and a small, shaded outdoor area with an outdoor shower.

Dimora Mina is located on the Patù coast, in Lower Salento, just 5 minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca, in the renowned town of San Gregorio, which has become famous because here, in this little gem on the Ionian Sea, singer-songwriter Vinicio Capossela found inspiration for some of his most beautiful songs.
In addition to the cove by the sea, there are bars and trattorias, small markets, and essential services.
Santa Maria di Leuca, just 5 minutes away, is the final stop on the Via Francigena, featuring the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, its marvelous caves, eclectic 18th-century villas, the lighthouse, and much more.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 8.00 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in only in one bedroom.
