Located just under half a mile from the private beach and adjacent to the main resort complex, this retreat provides easy access to world-class amenities. The highlight amenity is your access to Litchfield by the Sea amenities including the guest only beach access and the amazing pool and lazy river that is just steps away. Enjoy four nearby golf courses, a state-of-the-art fitness center, scenic trails, tennis courts, and a peaceful fishing lake.



Guests also have access to a business center, private beach entry, high-speed wireless internet, a rejuvenating day spa, and an on-site Starbucks to start each morning right.

Other Things to Note:

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.



Guests can access the Summer House Pool, lazy river and private beach.



We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.



Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
