The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an expansive living space that flows into the gourmet kitchen. Experience views of the inlet through the windows of the sunroom and relax or entertain yourself on the private front porch. The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and provides ambience via its open concept layout overlooking the main level. The ground floor has a 5th bedroom with a full bathroom and separate exterior entrance (but currently undergoing some updates). This is more than a home; this is a lifestyle.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed with Private Bathroom (main floor)
Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds (main floor)
Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds with Shared Bathroom (top floor)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed Shared Bathroom (top floor)
Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Bed with Private Bathroom & Living Area (ground floor)
Please Note: The 5th Bedroom (ground floor) is currently undergoing some updates and the house is only being rented as a 4 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath that sleeps 12 until further notice.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog.
