Pretty good
Great location. Spectacular view. Hosts extremely responsive. Unit very much in need of some updating. Would be fine for a short stay but not for 3 months as we did.

I love this unit. The location is great since it is near the pool and the view from the balcony is exceptional. You were able to watch the golfers play and look out on a beautiful landscape. The unit is well-maintained and comfortable. It is definitely my go to When booking.

Perfect!
The condo is exactly how it looks online. It’s very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect. Two minute walk to the pool, and the view of the 17th green is spectacular. Super easy check in and out process and the owner was very nice. We have been coming to Pawleys Island for many many years and always stay at True Blue. Great shopping and easy ride to Georgetown. Highly recommend!

The Great Getaway
We were so excited from the moment we opened the door and saw how beautiful this place was. We all decided this is the place we would love to vacation to every year in the same condo. The price was very affordable. Accessible to everything, quick ride to the beach, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Getaway!
Great property, clean, comfortable and great views! Peaceful and tranquil property. All the amenities for a stress-free stay! Minutes from beaches, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend. Great rental for golfers! Hope to do that on a future stay....

Great rental!
Great rental with room for everyone! Good spot with easy access to everything in Pawleys Island! Rental came with beach toys, beach towels and chairs too. Communication with the owners was great!

Highly Recommend!
Excellent location overlooking 17th hole. Best view of any condo, we have stayed in, if you like to watch the golfers. Great sunsets. Kim was a pleasure to work with and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Additional Place
We always need a 2nd place for all of our family to stay for our annual family vacation. This condo was perfect for 4 people. Great views and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and nicely decorated with great amenities with this condo. Thank you and we certainly will keep this one in mind for our extra rental on our next family get together.

Wonderful place
Wonderful apartment with a great view of the golf course! Beds were super comfy and the pool was nicely kept. Sadly no alligators (always wanted to see one on a golf course in person) but lots of birds.

Great place for a small family
Accurate description but the place looks way better and has more light than the photos so that's good! The back porch was my favorite as it's screened in, keeping out the bugs, and has a beautiful sunset view. The host has several chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards, which was really nice. The place is super close to the pool also so we made use of that.

Lovely place.
Kimberly was extremely easy to get a hold of to ask questions and very fast at replying. The condo over looked a pond with a beautiful view. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and utensils. The AC was fantastic!! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo
The condo was just as described. It was perfect for 2 teens and 2 adults. We were close to the beach which has great public access. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

If you are staying in the Pawleys Island area, this is a really centrally located property. The unit was as advertised and Kimberly was a gracious host. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place!
Loved our stay here. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the pond on the golf course was beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool on the property. The drive to the beach was just a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and the bottle of wine was a very nice surprise! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will be back!

First, the host is great and communicates quickly.
Location was perfect for us as we had a colllege golf tournament across the street at the golf and fish club. TV was nice to watch the ballgames Saturday. The only challenge with the stay was staffing at local restaurants are causing struggles for them to serve their guests. Much like the rest of the country, they have too few that are working too many hours and you can sense the strain on each of them. Hopefully this clears up as they are neat dinner venues.

This place was perfectly located. Interesting enough, we’ve stayed in a unit in the same complex a few years back. We knew this place was going to be perfectly centered once we arrived. Speaking of arrival, the place smelled immaculately clean the moment you walked in. And during this crazy time in the world, that was very pleasurable. The overall place was clean, relaxing and felt like home. Every inch served its purpose. Definitely will consider Kimberly’s place when coming back to SC :) PS: Communication was great with the host.

We had a couple family issues that were not related to the condo itself (flat tire for example) -- even so, the owners went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Also, we got to use some high quality beach chairs they had. Definitely recommended.

Gorgeous golf course view
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, well appointed condo in Pawleys Island. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the 17th green and the pond beyond. It was so peaceful and tranquil to sit on the balcony in the mornings and great fun to watch the golfers finish the hole, as well as the frequent wildlife nearby. The condo is nicely furnished and not lacking anything at all. We also enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub, which are very close by. We only had a few questions for the owners, and their responses and offers of assistance could not have been any faster. They are very responsive and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

Great place
We really enjoyed this place, the owner was very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The location is only a short drive to the beach and there are several pools to choose from. Pawley's Island is so quiet and laid back compared to other beaches and we will definitely return.

Great spot!! Great hosts!
Beautiful view of a lake and all kinds of wildlife from the screened porch. Very comfortable interior and wonderful hosts! A short drive to all conveniences and vacation activities but also a perfect place for just walking.
