The second-floor end unit has no one upstairs so you get the top spot and vaulted ceilings without the extra stairs to climb plus bright natural light with multiples windows in the living space! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Situated right on the golf course with stunning pond views and close to many golf courses, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach.

Check-in instructions: Guest will check-in at the front desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort located at: 14276 Ocean Highway Pawleys Island, SC 29585, about 6 miles away from the condo.

Please Note: These vacation rentals are located in the True Blue Golf Club community. About a 10 minute drive south on Hwy. 17 from the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort check-in office location

Parking Policy: Overnight guest parking for the True Blue is limited to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Additional parking
passes can be provided for additional vehicles with advanced notice, at least two weeks before arrival. The securing of additional
overnight parking passes will result in a per pass fee of $10.00.

please message us, 2 weeks prior to arrival and provide the make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle.
