Our host was quick to respond to questions and sent info for check in that was helpful. The kitchen was clean and nice. We could not get the coffee maker to work. The bed was comfortable. The brown couch and chair was not as pictured. They showed a lot of wear and tear. The recliner would not recline. This was important for my husband. The property is located close to the highway and was noisy with road noise. The shower was good, but there was not a lot of room in the bathroom.

The place was very dirty upon inspection, we had to go out purchase cleaning supplies new pillows and sheets because they were dirty comforter had heavy stains. The toilet had what appeared to be feces down the front. The sofa was peeling and tried to covered with a dirty throw The ceiling is clearly peeling with water stains. The baseboards were filthy. Very disappointed of the cleanliness of this property. Parking isn’t the best.

Highly Disappointed

After only 1 night we decided to not continue our stay. The reviews were not reflective of the property nor the amenities. The rugs were not vacuumed, refrigerator was dirty, floor in the bathroom was cracked, and the rug had not been washed in some time. In the bedroom, only the ceiling light worked, and there was a door that could not be opened to verify where it led, who had access or if it was a closet. The back door was unlocked. The dishes in the cupboard were covered with a sticky gross film, and were dirty. There was only one coffee cup. There was not a washer and dryer as advertised. There were brown stains on the toilet paper and the broken front step caused my friend to fall and hurt her back because a chunk of it was missing. The shower had also not been cleaned as there were shampoo and conditioner buildup around the bottle and pubic hair. The couches were covered with blankets because they were cracked and peeling. All of this was communicated to the host who chose to ignore my messages and not refund me any portion of my expense. We slept with knives by our beds because we did not feel safe. Overall very disappointed as the actual apartment did not reflect the reviews online. My sons frat house was safer and cleaner.

Unfortunate holiday stay

Pros:· very affordable price· easy check-in/outCons· much more wear & tear on all furniture, floors, & kitchen than shown in pics (severe peeling on the couches, dusty rugs, crusty grout)· fan blades on kitchen fan very dirty & caked with thick layer of dust· only cold water in bathroom sink· underneath the beds not cleaned for a very long time - dusty, items & debris from previous guests· outside porch littered with cigarette butts & overflowing ashtray from neighbors despite clear signs for "no smoking"· listed as a no smoking unit, but smoke gets in from neighbors because the insulation is old/insufficient· automatic tea kettle leaks & doesn't close all the way· one day we had no heat or hot water & woke up to temps in the low 50s inside· some pillows smelled mildewed / not all the way dry· multiple nights where neighbors were SCREECHING & fighting well through and past 2am; could hear their voices getting more hoarse until they could barely yell anymore because walls were so thin & they argued for so long.· multiple nights of banging all through the night, sounded like furniture moving· the Wi-Fi went out for front bedroom for about a week· water off for another morning, then running black for a bit. Later was informed that owner had scheduled water meter to be replaced but hadn't given us any notice.· outdoor cameras not disclosed in listing detailsSeverely negative impact on family holiday time. Would write more if not for word limit. Not recommended

Stayed for work

The location of the apartment to the hospital we worked at was very convenient. Lots of things to do in Pawtucket and Providence. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We worked nights and did not have any issues with noise from other tenants or outside when sleeping during the day. I would recommend this vrbo rental. Carolyn

Pawtucket Prize.

This is my second time staying at this property. If your in town for work, look I further. Everything is as listed. The host is very attentive to any need I had. I had a problem with the bathroom sink and needed to have a AC installed due to change of season. I contacted that morning while at work. By the time I arrived back Sink was fixed and AC installed. Even took out my trash and recycling while I was there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Indeed, everything went well and communication with the host was great. I locked myself out one day, and as soon as the host was notified, he had someone open the doors right away. Thanks again for that. I will recommend this place.

Excellent stay.

This is as pictured--2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath. Ignore old reviews about no common area--the LR had comfy recliners. Also neighborhood was not sketchy-- no broken glass, lots of nice flowers, people taking care of properties. Conveniently located near I 95 and Dunkin'. Kitchen had pots and pans but we just reheated food in microwave. Fridge was working great. AC units in BRs and LR worked great too. I hope this will be available to rent the nex time I visit the Providence area! Thank you to the hosts for a great intro to Rhode Island!
