This is a great house, don't overbook it so I can book it again next year lol!!! We have stayed there twice now and both times have been excellent! The property is amazing, the house is cute and quaint, my kids love it. We all love the space and the closeness to Knobels. The only downside is the mattresses, we didn't sleep comfortably as adults, but the kids didn't care and slept fine. Or they had better mattresses which could be the case for one as my kids named one of the beds the "Marshmellow bed". But either way we will still go again, though we are thinking of bringing our own air mattress next time for adults! Go and enjoy this wonderful place away from home!!!

This is a 1900 farm house so it is old but for us who had grandparents homes like this we understand . We felt it could be cleaner even with the age. The host was great and even picked up pie irons when we ask. The grounds were great for tents and fire pit nights. Close to Knobles Grove . Pet friendly just watch out for wildlife . We did have a few issues but host was going to address after we left. If you have health issues note the stairs to the upstairs are from the 1900. If you are city person may want to look elsewhere but they did have WiFi
