Log cabin in the heart of Payson. Temperatures are generally about 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix area. Featuring two separate bedrooms and one full bathroom. Memory foam mattresses with a queen in one room and bunk beds (full over full) in the second room. Vaulted wood ceiling, large covered front porch with swing and a large deck with built-in seating in back yard with tall pine trees. Plenty of room for parking. Fast Wifi. 50" smart tv with lots of apps and shows available to watch.

The cabin was comfortable and suited my needs well. The Internet was rock solid, which was important to my stay as I was participating in an online class. The neighborhood is quiet and stores are close by. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I appreciated the floor fans and the easy control for the HVAC.

Great location in a safe neighborhood, close to stores and outdoor activities. The property was adequate for our stay but quite dated — older appliances, worn cookware, no dishwasher, and the deck needs repairs. Washer and dryer are outside. Overall, a good value for the price, but not a premium property.

Weekend gettaway

I brought my lady up for a nice weekend escape for her birthday. Check in was very easy and everything was just as advertised. Beautiful cabin in a great location with everything we needed. I want to bring up in a positive light that upon arrival, there was no water to the cabin. I contacted the owners through the vrbo app and immediately received a response. There was a lot of back and forth discussing the issue and the owners were extremely helpful the whole time. Communication was excellent and they ended up needing an emergency plumber to come out to fix the issue. Thanks to their dedicated service and communication, we had clean, running water before we even got home from dinner. This cabin will definitely be at the forefront of our thoughts whenever visiting Payson in the future!

The cabin was cute. There was no barbecue grill which was disappointing. The overall cleanliness was good. It could use pest control. To many spider webs. Could not get fireplace to work. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Girls Get-Away

Spent 3 nights at this property with 2 friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the front deck and back deck at different times of the day. Inner and outer space is well maintained, and clean. Host David was easily reachable and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin

The Cabin was perfect for our stay. Located in a residential neighborhood but very quiet. Spent alot of time on the back deck watching squirrels, birds and even a few lizards in the trees. David was very helpful and even checked by text to see if everything was OK. Would definitely recommend this property.

Tucked away in a small residential area in Payson this log cabin Was great! David was excellent at responding to any and All questions we had and access to the cabin was a cinch! It was a perfect getaway! And we will very likely come back again!

Fabulous Hideaway !!

Want to thank David for allowing us the pleasure of your cabin. My wife and I took our two grandchildren 9 & 11 and from the moment we arrived it was exactly the way it was pictured, from the comfortable swing on the front porch to the very very neat and clean interior of the cabin. But then you discovered a large wrap-around deck nestled in the pine trees in the yard with the ambient lighting, we spent three wonderful nights on this patio in the cool breezes. The owner was very easy to contact and checked in upon arrival to make sure there was nothing we needed. You don't need anything this cabin has thought of it all. We rent a cabin about every two months in the Payson area and this one went to the top of the list immediately. Almost hate to let the cat out of the bag on this new listing. 5 minutes away from everything yet nestled in the quiet pine trees..Thanks Again
