“I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”

I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of items at 0830 and refused to replenish them even though the they still had over an hour left!!! Otherwise it was ok.”

“The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in”

“The room was nice and spacious, however the refrigerator was not getting cold. We ended up having to change rooms because of this. We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast.”
