“The breakfast had very few choices. The property seems to be old. The room had distinct smell and tried to hide by spraying air freshener.”

“Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed-...
