“We were disappointed since we had expected much better service since this is a 5 star hotel and we paid a lot for it.
The facilities such as tenniscourt and fitness center was missing and the gym was a disaster - broken treadmill and rosty equipment.
Also the last day we asked for AirPort transfer by taxi and they told us that they could not provide this. They told us to arrange it ourselves, or go to the nearest village! After a long discussion with the manager he agreed to fix a taxi to...

“Cabins are rustic, spacious and very lovely. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Food was very good, especially the chicken springrolls. I didn’t use the pool but people I was with did and they loved it. It’s a great place to get away from it all. Bring a book or two! The last few km of road to get there is terrible so plan on one trip in and one trip out when you leave. ”

“Great location, wonderful warm pool, freindly and nice staff, good food in the restaurant (both buffe, menu and breakfast) and drinks. Location next to the beach (mostly red flag though) The hotel had a nice spa and a small but ok gym. Nice to use the sun beds in the garden where the breeze cooled you down for a bit. Really recommend it. The will make a total renovation may-oct 2016”
