âI was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by.
The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasnât clean.
The manager and the receptionist were very polite.
This hotel wasnât really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby . â

âJag och min kille bodde hĂ€r i 5 nĂ€tter. Vi bodde i ett âlyxrumâ som var stort och kĂ€ndes relativt frĂ€scht. Dock var rummet ganska mörkt och luktade lite unket/instĂ€ngt. Frukosten hade ganska bra utbud och poolomrĂ„det var trevligt. LĂ€get pĂ„ hotellet var sĂ„dĂ€r. Det tog ca 10-15 minuter att gĂ„ till stranden och skulle man ner till âstanâ var det ca 40 minuters promenad. Det fanns nĂ„gra restauranger i nĂ€rheten, men inte jĂ€ttemycket. Med taxi tog det ca 10 minuter. â

âThis hotel is private, exclusive & ideal for relaxing comfort. The owner & staff were highly attentive to guests needs. Facility as a whole including rooms are extremely clean, and comfortable, the food is at another level of superb, and gives that extra touch of an exclusive bed & breakfast vibe, not to mention all the fun one can have with the LGTBQ family; clothing optional. "Mario" the owner is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.â
âThe staff was wonderful and good to bounce ideas off of. I was comfortable here and the places is easily walkable to beaches on each side of the city along with plenty of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed Punta del Este more than Montevideo despite being a bit of a history guy and generally liking capital cities. Also, Jose Ignacio is a short trip up the coast and it's absolutely beautiful there.â
âMy husband and I speak mainly English and a little Spanish, and the staff was so kind and willing to help us with all of our needs and questions when we got lost and confused. I recommend this place to everyone who are looking for peace, quiet, and kindness. â
