The main rooms of the cottage are located on the 1st floor of a farmhouse and consist of: On the ground floor, an entrance hall, with a laundry area, access to the terrace and swimming pool (located at the back of the cottage) as well as the staircase leading upstairs. Upstairs, the cottage opens onto a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. You will have two bedrooms (one 140 bed and two 90 beds including a pull-out bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace facing the swimming pool and a parking space in the courtyard in front of the cottage. Shared with the other cottage: the enclosed garden and the 30m2 swimming pool (open from June to September from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Located opposite an old family farm, the cottage is nestled with cottage 56G15316 (7 people) and adjoins a house. The fiber and photovoltaic trackers supplying the two cottages have been installed recently. A few minutes from the sea, this fenced farmhouse is located between the historic center of Vannes and the seaside resort of La Baule/Pornichet. 8 minutes from the cottage, the Branféré Animal and Botanical Park promises great family moments! A little further, wander through the charming streets of Rochefort-en-terre (elected Favorite Village of the French in 2016) or embark at the marina of La Roche-Bernard (labeled Small City of Character) to sail on the Vilaine River. For the more curious and less than an hour by car, magnificent landscapes, spectacular historical sites and fabulous fun and sporting activities await you. Between the Gulf of Morbihan Natural Park and that of Brière, the "Le Grenier" cottage located in Péaule with heated swimming pool is just waiting for you for your next vacation!
