Inside the property there is an annex which is occasionally occupied by the owner, but the outdoor areas and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
