This 150 m² house is spread over three floors and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully furnished for your comfort, it includes spacious, cozy beds, a rain-effect shower, and a well-equipped kitchen to unleash your culinary creativity. One of its most charming features is that all bedrooms have a balcony.  

The house is prepared for both cold and warm weather, with heating and air conditioning. It also offers a fast and secure internet connection and a 50” Smart TV for your entertainment.

This accommodation is just 30 minutes from Valencia city via the CV-35 highway and only 20 minutes from the airport. Its location, close to the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste, where the Valencian Community Grand Prix and many other motorsport events take place, as well as the Lucas Guerrero International Karting Track in Chiva, makes it an ideal spot for motorsport enthusiasts.  

For hikers, this is the perfect base to explore stunning trails such as the Chelva Water Route or the Hanging Bridges of Chulilla, among many others. In this Mediterranean rural area surrounded by nature, you can enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking, horseback riding, or rock climbing. You can even swim in the Turia River in designated areas. Pedralba also offers excellent public facilities, including a large swimming pool, tennis courts, and paddle courts.
