“I checked in here three days ago and, being a pilgrim, the first thing I do is check under the sheets for bedbugs. For the first time on any of my Camino, I find them! I take pictures. She then says she understand if I don't want to stay and that I should call hotels.com for a refund. She then refuses to reply or talk to hotels.com for three whole days and then claims...

“We tried to email and call the hotel about arrival time, but didn't get any reply or someone to pick up. Therefore upon arrival there was some confusion re the availability, but we ended up in a nice and spacious room. Breakfast has to be paid in cash, so we ended up eating somewhere else.”
