I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. “Vi bodde på detta hotell två nätter, läget är bra, nära till huvudgatan men ändå lugnt, dock var utsikten från vårt standardrum inte speciellt fin. Rummet var ok, dock kändes renligheten inte helt ok. Åt aldrig på restaurangen så den kan vi inte bedöma. Vi hade inga problem med varmvatten i duschen och inte heller med mosquitos. Vi upplevde servicen i receptionen som lite oprofessionell och nonchalant, dock inte otrevlig på något sätt. Ett medelhotell.”
“The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc.
We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect.
The nature and spice garden were truly amazing.

“Water heated only 7-10, but even then we had a problems with hot water and pressure. Called many times to have hot water and needed to escalate to have someone to look at. Even then water was warm but really cold. Terrible condition of shower (tap, glass door and knob wasn’t working properly and there was mould). Limited food option mainly Indian. Pool area bor very inviting. ”
“The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. ”
