Spend your days in this lovely and spacious 3 BR villa located in a quiet area of Peyia. The detached villa is cosy, friendly, and overall highly operational. This unique property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. If you are seeking quiet and relaxation that then this is the perfect place to be!

On the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan living area with 2 dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, and a Flat-screen TV creating the perfect conditions for time spending with the whole family! Both tables, one in the kitchen area and one in the living room, can fit up to 6 people each and they are waiting for you to fill them up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy family and friendship moments with your loved one’s! We consider the Kitchen as the place where magic happens and for that reason we have really taken care of you and made sure that you will find everything that you will need to prepare nearly any dish that you desire. You will find a full-size stove, an oven, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, cooking utensils and a washing machine so that you can wash your clothes during a long booking.

On the top floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a double bed. In the other 2 bedrooms you will find one double bed and 2 single beds. All rooms in the villa have large wardrobes where you can store your belongings, they showcase large windows with mesmerizing views and are equipped with split unit air conditions.

Stepping outside you will come upon the large covered veranda overlooking the pool area where you can find enough sun lounges for the whole group. The garden is neatly taken care of and this creates the optimum conditions for you to relax and relieve from the stress of daily life.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
‱ If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

‱ EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

‱ Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.

Nice accommodation

The accommodation was very good. We stayed for 2 weeks. The pool was very good and was cleaned weekly. My only complaint is the lack of clean bedding even though I requested it. Also, I reported a fault with the air con one of the bedrooms but nothing was done about it.

Nice villa, needs a lot of small repairs

The villa in general is really nice. The location is great. I would say our experience could have been better had someone checked over the property before we arrived. The issues ‱pool was half empty, resulting in filters not working and pool being dirty. ‱Master bed was broken, I had to sleep on sofa for 3 nights. ‱outside sunbeds was falling apart. ‱broken kettle ‱had a problem trying get get bbq equipment,, part of the management team told me there was none but a couple of days in I found the items so I was able to bbq. ‱paint coming of walls in areas of the property. All in all it was a nice time away with the family, but I feel some more attention to detail on the maintenance side of the property and this would get full 5 star from me. Would I stay again
. Probably not unless I knew they had put some efforts and funds in to the problems I stated.

GerÀumiges Haus in zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns gut. Die Bushaltestelle vor der TĂŒre, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 10 Minuten zur nĂ€chsten Taverne. Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Die Betten sind instabil (es fehlen Latten) und eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war defekt; jedoch wurde auf unsere Kritik sofort reagiert. Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet. Vor der Anreise war leider kein Kontakt. Der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Calypso Villa

Superbes vacances en famille ... mais des points à améliorer

Nous avons passĂ© de superbes vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. Le jardin est grand et agrĂ©able, avec une auvent bien pratique pour protĂ©ger la voiture du soleil et une grande terrasse trĂšs souvent Ă  l'ombre. La piscine est gĂ©niale ! L'eau est hyper chaude, il y a des gonflables et la piscine est pratique avec une partie oĂč on a pied et une autre oĂč on n'a pas pied. La localisation est pratique puisqu'elle permet facilement de rayonner dans la rĂ©gion et qu'il y a de superbes criques Ă  4 minutes en voiture. De plus, l'endroit est calme (une route passe pas trĂšs loin mais franchement ce n'est pas gĂȘnant). 3 bĂ©mols toutefois : - il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle (on le savait en ce qui nous concerne mais je le prĂ©cise si jamais c'est un point important pour certains) - il y a la climatisation dans toutes les piĂšces mais avec un timer impossible Ă  dĂ©programmer. MĂȘme si nous n'Ă©tions pas au courant, je trouve ça trĂšs bien sur le principe. NĂ©anmoins, cela a gĂȘnĂ© certains d'entre nous pour dormir puisque la climatisation s'arrĂȘte automatiquement au bout de 2 heures ... - si la communication Ă©tait fluide avant notre arrivĂ©e, elle a Ă©tĂ© plus compliquĂ©e une fois sur place. Nous avons eu pas mal de petits problĂšmes/petites demandes (une bouilloire cassĂ©e, une climatisation qui fuit, des ampoules Ă  changer dans le jardin ...) et si tout a Ă©tĂ© au final rĂ©parĂ©, nous avons dĂ» les relancer pour que quelqu'un intervienne.
