We had already obtained quotes for a large electric awning to match the one we already have on our D204 apartment. These have to be ordered from Italy and have a lead time, however we hope this will be installed and operational by September this year. I am sure it will make a huge difference, both when using the terrace and also prevent the lounge heating up.

On the ants these are common in Cyprus but we have no history, or previous reports of a problem in the apartment and they were not observed at the pre-cleaning. If we had known we would have immediately called a Pest Control Company for you, this has now been done. I am also sorry you found the beds uncomfortable, this has not been raised by guests before. Nevertheless we have ordered a memory foam mattress topper, thus taking on board what you identified.

Hi, Thanks so much for your review and again my apologies re-television. I have as advised replaced it and this is being wall mounted this week. No previous guest concern had been raised, but you make a fair point. In fairness I am prepared to refund half the replacement cost as a good will gesture, please email me if you want to take this up. On the lifts the apartment is on the second floor and small complexes in Cyprus do not commonly have lifts. There is an option on VRBO site to specify if a lift is present which has not been selected, but perhaps we should highlight this in our Welcome Guides so guests are aware in advance.
