Just back from 2 weeks at Villa 5. Let me start with the positives. The Villa in a great location! That’s it!!!We arrived at the villa with no welcome manual/instructions and no safe code. Contacted agent for code and never got a code for 2 days. In between waiting for this our villa was burgled while we were asleep taking 200 and 200. On contacting the agent about this there were not helpful nor interested so I contacted the owner of the villa hoping for a better response only for him to fob us off and pass it back to the agent! In the end we took matters into our own hands and contacted the police ourselves! Turned out on the same night Villa 3 was also broken into and an attempted burglary in Villa 7!That brings me to the security of our villa, well there is none. We are still questioning how someone got in as doors and windows were closed and locked. We ended up having to block doors and windows with chairs and anything else we could find and locked all bedroom and bathroom doors internally keeping the keys with us any time went out.Now for the villa itself, very basic and no working WiFi or tv. Oven not working and fridge not cold. We had 4 cups, 4 glasses and 4 plates. The cupboards were damp with a pungent odour. The mattresses on the beds are long overdue for replacement and there was no mattress or pillow protectors! The sheets and the pillows were discoloured with a rancid smell. The villa needs drastic maintenance and A LOT of tlc! Stay away..,.

Good place for amenities

The property was adequate for our stay but furniture was uncomfortable and it all lacked comfort and homely feel.Wrong pin key code and wifi password given .Had to call property manager to get the code for access. Microwave and toaster supplied had the wrong plugs on them therefore unuseable. Its a good place to stay if you want to be near shops and restaurants however. Bit of a walk to the beach. Lacks views but that's our fault for not looking into things more. Rubbly road outside,nothing to help you relax by the pool as such. But ,as said its close to everything and waa clean. Seems to be dampness under the kitchen sink though. If you want to be close to it all,its perfect
