“For the price, I would say that this place was great! It doesn't look like the pictures anymore though, not sure if a storm took out some of the trees, but all the trees, shrubs and beautiful garden at the front are all gone. It looks a bit barren. We stayed in the main floor Gosfield room. It too was very plain and very small.
In the bathroom, they had bodywash and conditioner, but no shampoo or hand soap. So I'd make sure you bring your own. Luckily there was another bathroom with hand soap....
“Across the street from a beautiful walking park, which leads down to the beach and close to everything. Check in was easy, the beds were super comfy and everywhere was lovely and clean. Very close to Lramington ferry and 20 minutes from Kingsville ferry. I would definitely stay here again.”
“The place was/is bright and spacious. Being right on the water is a bonus. The restaurants in the area (Kingsville and Leamington) are fantastic. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Traveled with 2 adults and 4 teens and there was lots of room to spread out both instead and out. The teens loved the loft room for hanging out and playing games, the putting green and the firepit. The kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants and shops. Everything was in great working order and the house was very clean.”
