“We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship and absolutely loved it! We were able to walk on the beach and it’s so close to the terminal we were able to watch the cruise ships leave port. Highly recommend! Check-in was super easy and upon booking, I had immediate information and instructions on checking in, codes, time, etc. I will definitely be booking this cute place again!”

“We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available.”

“We stayed here for nearly a week on cocoa beach. The accommodations were absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo, extremely clean and excellent location. An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, lovely condo...

“The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay...
