“Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was wonderful, even offered to get the complimentary coffee ready at 4:30am (1.5 hours before the standard time) because I was leaving early. Can’t say how much I appreciated that. Room was clean, lots of towels, pool was great and my kids loved jumping and swimming. Great option for a family of 4 traveling through for the night.”

“We stood on July 4 2026 king room went to check the room there was food crumbs all over the table and floor told the front desk they gave us a different king room had a little ant invasion the room are very dusty and when we went to take a shower all the dispensers where empty soap shampoo conditioner all empty while i was already in the shower so it was not a great experience”

“When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor. “What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen.”

“Staff was very helpful and polite. We were in a two bedroom suite and the air conditioning didn't work in one bedroom and the living area and other bedroom were freezing. The staff found a fan for us to use in the one bedroom.”

“Meh. Couldn’t adjust the fan on the ac unit. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The mold on the north side exterior wall driving up was “off putting.” Other than that it was ok.”
