“The suggestion I would have is to flip the adult pool and the main pool. Too many kids running around screaming. We had two rooms with a very nice sitting areas out side the sliding door however the constant screaming and yelling of kids made them virtually useless. The amenities at the current main pool are tailored more towards adults. Rooms 50 & 56. That would be my main critique. The restaurants served excellent food! Thanks for asking.”

“the room had A fantastic view of beach but it rained all week and spent alot to stay in room! one weird thing happened i had put 2 shot glasses and frome in newspaper! i think the maid thought it was trash cause of newspsper ?? i didnt notice till time to check out. i would like 2 shot glass from Bermuda u should be able to send me them. room 1250 anytype. ill have to foget the frame! “Grotto Bay is a very nice hotel and it is close to the airport. The food was really good. The staff were all very nice. It has a nice area on the side for snorkeling with loads of small fish. The hotel could use a little updating, the bathrooms are small, the floor in the room is kind of dirty, but it’s a beach hotel, so it’s not that bad. They could use some variation of the menu at the outside bar. It’s the only option you have for lunch there, so so e specials of the day would be nice. ...

“A beautiful hotel with a nice private beach. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there, but they missed quite a few things that I had booked and triple checked once we got there as well as other reservations that they missed. I was there 35+ years ago, but it was much better then, food, service and overall impression. ”
