âLovely breakfast in a pleasant environment with a friendly chef and waitresses. My room was very clean and airy. The only downside it was above the bar so I could hear the music. The hotel has a lovely aroma as you enter and the ambience enhanced with a beautiful floral display. Sunday lunch at the Blok dining room was delicious. I have enjoyed staying here twice and would not hesitate to return or recommendâ

âThe hotel might be a bit remote and not particularly close to any specific tourist attraction, but the quality of the hotel makes a visit just for the accomodation itself worth while. It's a perfect retreat with beautiful rooms and it's situated in the middle of a wonderful, serene scenery. After staying here one night, for us the hotel itself has become an attraction to revisit.â
âBed so comfortable didnât want to get out of it. Staff amazing food great. Would definitely stay again. Although I put isolated you did need transport although there was a bus stop outside.â
âNewly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldnât hear it.
There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel.â
âStaff were exceptionally friendly, really helpful in sharing local knowledge, where to eat, places to see. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was standard holiday inn breakfast, enough parking available. I would stay again â
âFabulous stay at this gorgeous BnB with charming hosts. Loved the spacious ensuite room with soaking tub. Breakfast was perfect and the shared living space (with breathtaking Brecon Beacon views) was so comfortable that H enjoyed posting up there for work. Would love to return for a longer (than 2 night) visit and check out more of the hundreds of nearby hikes. â
