Just a great the second time!

Once again, we loved our stay in Pendleton while visiting family. The house is just wonderful! It is the perfect place for out-of-towners. Clean, perfect location, has everything you could need, and more. I mentioned last year that a cookie sheet would be nice, and there were two there this year. So incredibly thoughtful. We hope to make this an annual event to come back to my hometown to visit family. Thank you so much, Melinda. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas wishing you a Happy New Year!

Weekend stay--visting family in area

Location and home very nice and clean. Plenty of room for us and our teens. Property owner very nice and helpful. Plan to rent again if available when in area visiting family!

Great stay in an convenient location.

Check in was easy with good communication with host via text messaging. Property was clean and ready to use with all the basics provided (soaps, coffee, etc.) Beds were comfortable. Property is within 5 minutes of grocery, pharmacy and several fast food and sit down restaurants. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

Melinda's place is wonderful! The place was spotless! Plenty of room to spread out and nicely decorated. The home is neat and peaceful. It is in a quiet subdivision close to events in Pendleton and Anderson and only about an hour from Indy. We were in town for a wedding and Melinda was kind enough to supply plenty of towels to allow for 7 groomsmen to shower and prepare quickly for the rehearsal dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay and can honestly describe it as perfect!

Definitely recommend this house.

House was so nice and clean! However description says 10 minutes away from Ruoff music center.... it was really more like 25-30 minutes. But overall, great house and would stay there again.

Wonderful house!

Highly recommend this property! It suited our needs well traveling with 3 couples and a one year old. Plenty of space. We traveled to the area for a weekend wedding. We had no trouble with everyone trying to get ready. Loved having a washer and dryer and all the amenities of home. Melinda was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Nice house, could use more TLC

I think the house was beautiful and the furniture was great. But it seemed as if it was just halfway thrown together. A lot of the little things were missing. For example, other than toilet paper, we were provided no toiletries (soap wouldve been great). They left a waffle maker and pancake mix(already opened,tacky) but it wasnt instant so we couldnt make anything because we didnt have an egg.. the showerheads had calcium built up to where they werent working properly. None of the tvs were set up so we couldnt watch tv in the bedrooms. Like i said it was a good location, good house and furniture, just no effort put into making your guests happy. There wasnt a welcome sheet either, and ive always had one at every house rental ive been to. Overall enjoyed the stay, but it could use more work.

Convention at Ball State

The location was great for short trips to Muncie over a five day period. For four students and me, it helped to keep the cost down. The home was a very comfortable retreat each night.

Perfect - Wonderful home and neighborhood

We were so pleased with this home. It was perfect for our family and close to the family we were visiting in Lapel. Close to Anderson and Indianapolis. Property was just as described and the neighborhood was quiet. Melinda was very easy to work with and always answered questions promptly. I inquired about a regular coffee pot since I did not see one listed or in the pictures and at the time of my inquiry there was not one. In about an hour or so, she let me know that she had purchased one for the house. Thank you! It made our mornings wonderful! We will definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Nice getaway

We were very happy with the home. It was clean and well decorated. The only problem I had is that the listing showed it could sleep 7 and luckily one of our party didn't make it...because actually it only sleeps 6. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Home

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Home was easy to find and centrally located between McCordsville and Anderson. Grocery store just down the road. Owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly. We had everything we needed to be able to cook meals and items were available to do laundry. Would recommend this home to others and would stay here again when we return.

Peaceful oasis!
