"From the moment we arrived we were royally taken care of. This stay is part of our honey moon and the hotel really made us feel welcome and went the extra mile. Darsa, reception upgraded our room to heavenly villa! Then room was decorated with flower petals and there was fresh fruit to welcome us. Then came a greeting from the butler team (team Gus) welcoming us on our honeymoon with a piece of cake! For breakfast,lunch and dinner lovely Dewi and the whole team took care of us from the moment we came. At the spa we had the jet lag recovery treatment and team Prita expertly made our experience so relaxing that me and my husband fell asleep! All in all a ten star experience "

"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed.
The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
