“Generally a good experience, but with reservations. A hotel of character, much nicer than bland city tower blocks, but ready for overall refurbishment. Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round.
