“Stayed here overnight and it was a great experience! Super clean, easy check-in process, and they also serve a great breakfast in the morning!”

“Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. ”

“The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. “We had two rooms under two names. But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names We almost ”

“The lady who checked me in was beyond friendly and had such a welcoming smile. I wish I remembered her name. But she was a lovely and friendly lady. Exact type of person you want to have welcoming guests. ”

“Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. “I loved the location of this hotel, as it is so close to the art museums. If you have a car, parking can be a pain; but there are some outdoor lots you can arrange with for your car fairly close to the hotel. You can load/unload your car right in front of the hotel, which is helpful. If on check out day, you want to do some more touring, the front desk will hold onto your luggage, which is nice. “The room was clean. However the walls are thin. The people in the adjescent rooms could be heard walking (above) or talking next door. The beds are incredibly comfortable which makes for a decent night sleep minus hearing everything going on in rooms next to you or above you. The fridge in thr room was loud while on so it needed to be turned off throughout the night. Few amenities. Breakfast (not free) was bare minimum. ”
