“Was good ”

“The staff when checking in was very friendly, made sure i got my points, provided bottled waters and a snack. Beautiful lobby, nice bar area. Outside had a nice pool with a really nice seating area. Breakfast was average. Very, very clean!! ”

“The room was very loud. I could hear the conversation in one room and Law and Order playing in another room. It went on most of the night. The bed was pretty comfortable but the room overall was fairly small. The breakfast was slightly better than the standard at other equivalent hotels. I was suprised that staff, except breakfast attendant, seemed uncommunicstive to point of being rude. I don't think i would chose to stay at an AVID again. ”

“I stayed in room 123. It was clean. There was a very strong smell of chlorine? The room is over the hospitality suite. It may have been next to the pool at one point (there is not currently a pool on site). Other than that it was a nice place—great location! I could walk to almost everything of interest to me.”

“The breakfast, very good. I did not need the laundry, I am sure it would have been good.”

“Room smelled of dog waste, sheets had stains and burn holes. One staff member was incredibly rude when asked or questioned about these things. The gentleman who was fixing the hot tub was a ray of light he was working by himself running around doing everything and was incredibly nice. ”

“Hot tub was amazing. Swimming pool was a little cool, would have liked to have a little more variety for breakfast options. We either had prepared scrambled eggs and sausage or biscuit and gravy. Everything else about the hotel was perfect. A very nice hotel, clean, staff very helpful. Highly recommend the hotel.”

“The pool at this location needs to be shut down and whatever issues they are having either with the filtration or chemistry need to be addressed. I run a pool service company with my husband out of Johnstown, CO and when we looked at the pool Saturday afternoon it was very cloudy. I spoke to maintenance and was told they had a lot of people in the pool friday and the pool was cloudy afterwards. He was going to shut the pool down Saturday to address the issue, I checked the pool Sunday and it...
