Newly furnished and revamped for the 2025 season. This condominium is a gated community with a huge pool and hot tub, a fitness center, meeting rooms, an enclosed storage unit, and assigned parking spot. Located next to Peg Leg Pete's and the Tom Thumb convenient store, you will never have to go far for food or supplies. There is also a trolley stop located right in front of the complex.Being built in 2006, Emerald Dolphin is one of the newest buildings located on the beach. The condition and attention to maintenance is nearly unmatched at any other condo on the beach. This open and spacious condo offers jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room and the 312 sqft balcony leaves plenty of room for outdoor enjoyment of our beautiful sunsets. With Granite counter tops and tile floors throughout the unit All of the furniture is clean! With dual master bedroom. The Queen and Full bunk room has an attached bathroom with dual vanities, jetted tub, and huge walk in shower. There is plenty of room for storage with large bedroom closets .The gated access provides privacy and security and the covered parking garage protects you and your vehicle from the elements. There is also a storage yard for recreational vehicles and small boats.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8! We have 6 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was beautiful and very clean! The view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking our coffee. The kids loved the pool at night time after a long day on the beach. The beach is just a short walk across the street. This condo was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here and We love it here. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room was clean and stocked with everything you needed. We had the best family vacation staying here. We will definitely be staying there again soon.

We’ve always loved the location and view from this property — it’s truly one of our favorites. However, there were a few issues during this stay that we feel are worth mentioning.The top plugs on all the electrical outlets in both bedrooms didn’t work, which made charging devices a bit frustrating. The curtains in both bedrooms are way too long and couldn’t be fully opened due to how they’re installed — which unfortunately blocked part of the stunning view.In one bathroom, we were provided with only a single new roll of toilet paper and a partially used one, which felt a bit unprepared. The shower in the room with the bunk beds had visible mold along the bottom edge. Also, there were two large furniture boxes stored inside the closet in that same room, making it unusable.We were also given the wrong code for the entry gate. Despite reaching out to the owner, we didn’t get a response for nearly five hours. After over an hour and a half trying to enter, another guest kindly shared the correct code with us.Finally, the king-size bed was unusually high. My parents found it nearly impossible to get into without assistance, and even I had trouble without putting in extra effort.Overall, we still love the area, but we hope to see these issues addressed for a better experience in the future.

Perfect for New Years Eve

My husband and I stayed here with friends for one night at New Years Eve. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location with gorgeous views of the water. The host is very responsive and accommodating. One thing to note when you stay is there are floor to ceiling windows and doors in each room. They do not have curtains. Just sheer shades that don’t really block the sun. Your room will be bright at sunrise. Overall it was still a great experience.

Best location on the beach!

Emerald Dolphin is our favorite location on the beach. The unit had great space and the outdoor balcony is a win! The view is amazing and it’s good outdoor space for 4 adults. Bring your binoculars for viewing….the sunrises and sunsets are amazing.

It was alright but probably won’t do this unit again

We had a family of 8 which it stated would sleep more than that. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The fold out couch was broken and the cleaning lady said they have known that for a while. So we had to pull the pull out couch mattress and put it on the floor every night and put back up the next day. And the mattress was maybe 3 inches thick, very uncomfortable. Also the dishes and pots and pans were very lacking.

Checked All of Our Boxes!

Our first vacay at Pensacola. We were looking for something that was nice, roomy, beach view, & dog friendly….& this place checked all the boxes! We absolutely loved the condo & the breath taking view. It was equipped with everything you needed including stuff for the beach. Plenty of towels & rags. The beds were comfy. I seen others complain about the sheer curtains but we didn’t mind, it was nice waking up with the sunrise & be able to see the breath taking view. Construction was still going on but didn’t hinder our stay. The only thing is the outlets on the wall by stove didn’t work, we thought the coffee maker was broken & almost panicked. Lol. We definitely will be booking again in the future. Also wanted to add that the pool was really nice too. Very refreshing. :)

Balcony inaccessible

The property was excellent however I was disappointed in the inaccuracy of the description. The property explicitly mentions jaw dropping views and patio accessibility. Upon arrival I found that the patio was closed off and the view from the condo was obscured with scaffolding and tarp. I tried contacting the host through my entire trip and received no response.

Very nice accommodations, just as described! Quick response from host when my husband had trouble with the door access code, which was my fault for not reading the email in its entirety… the information was all provided! The pool was unfortunately very cold, but we did a brief polar plunge then headed for the hot tub! (It was snowing on the morning of our departure!) I would love to stay there again!

Nice Views

When we first walked into the condo, we realized the condo has not been cleaned. We were disgusted. Had to contact the host by messaging, it wasn’t easy to find her phone number, so I ended up chatting with VRBO to find the phone number. Finally got in touch with host and she was very apologetic and said this has never happened before. She did send a lady to clean the condo. The dishes in the dishwasher was dirty. We had to start the dishwasher. After the initial shock, it was a pleasant stay. The views were amazing. Having Peg Leggs restaurant next to us was very convenient. We ate there daily. Also, Tom Thumb next door was convenient. Just like the other reviewers stated, the bedroom situation wasn’t ideal. The master bedroom didn’t have an attach bath, so we stayed in the other room with bunk beds. That room didn’t really have a nightstand with a table lamp, so it was a hassle turning the light on and off. Also, the shades in the windows were so sheer, and did not block out the sunlight and lights from other condos around us. We still enjoyed the stay due to the very nice views from all the rooms and balcony.

Beautiful views, great location, but functionally has issues to be aware of

Location & views are 5-star. Two major issues really affect overall usability of the property. 1 - listing details for bedroom setup is misleading & not accurate. Shows Master BR w/ King bed & Master BA w/ jacuzzi tub, sep. shower & dual vanities. Not true. The BR with King bed DOES NOT have attached bath (so shouldn't be labeled Master), & the bath which is across the hall is very small, single sink w/ 3' vanity & small shower. The BR that has the tub, shower and dual vanities attached is set up with bunk set + queen bed. I reported this to Prop Mgr who said listing was being changed to indicate "dual Masters" but that's still not accurate. Any potential guests need to know this. 2 - "curtains" are sheer mesh & provide almost zero light blocking or privacy. No way to sleep in or even block light from neighboring blgs at night. More important, because "shades" are mesh they are see-thru at night. If guests are sitting on patio they will look directly into your BR. ZERO privacy in either bedroom for changing clothes (or anything else). We had to buy clips to hang quilts to get shade and privacy. -- headboard on King bed is not attached, so it bangs on wall and you can't sit up in bed/lean against headboard as it pushes the bed away and you fall into the crack. The frame feels super flimsy & sqeaks terribly with any movement. -- toaster was broken so we ended up throwing away boxes of waffles and toaster food we purchased.
