Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo. The emerald green water and sugar-white sand are only a few steps away from the cabanas at Beach Club.

Enjoy the relaxed vibe of contemporary coastal design in this refurnished two-bedroom/2-bath condo. It is the perfect choice for families, offering comfortable accommodations for up to four guests.

The open floor plan features a bright, airy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes fully equipped to create gourmet meals with luxury features such as granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

The primary suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and the guest suite features a queen bed. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses and flat-screen TVs while listening to the sounds of crashing waves.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Two parking passes

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Everything was great, except they were late with our check in . Property really nice and loved being by the beach. Easy walk or drive to several good restaurants!

Vacation with friends

Location of property was great. Right on the beach, pool and beach easily accessible. As for the condo, we were very disappointed in the condition and lack of maintenance. The living room furniture was dirty and in poor condition. The whole room should be re-furnished. There were several repairs and or maintenance needed throughout, which we informed the office of. In general, the whole place needs to be cleaned up. It does not look like the pictures on VRBO.

Great location

Property was clean and accessible to several area restaurants and shops. Management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only issue we had was getting the WiFi to work. We couldn’t get the unsecured WiFi to work and there password on the router didn’t work for the secure WiFi.

The property was separate from the tower itself. Walking in the building the outside looked very shady, not well maintained. The inside of the property needs serious upgrades, very outdated. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there! We didn’t have a remote for the tv in living room area and the bedroom TVs didn’t have any cable. The sofa bed only had sheets with no blankets and was very uncomfortable. The location was great and amenities as well. Just wish i had a better experience with the unit.
