Beautiful Waterfront Apartment
Apartment is situated in a beautiful building right along the Bay, with across the street access to the Gulf beaches. Quiet, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable bed. A great stay.

Great location across from beach. Nice decorating.
The property is in a great location close to the beach and nicely decorated. Adequate dishes to make your own meals are available. We would have preferred entry information within 3 days of our stay as we were travelling and internet service wasn't always available to us. The internet in the unit itself was inconsistent and by the end of the 3 day stay none of the 4 of us were able to maintain a connection. The owners were good at answering emails. The place is lovely. The only inconvenience was that both bathrooms are downstairs within someone's bedroom so you had to go into a bedroom to access the washroom. We would go back.

Beautiful location!
We absolutely loved our stay and will be back. The reviews that mentioned the stairs being a potential issue I had already prepared for. We loved the beach views and the solitude of where we were located. We would really have loved to see a few more staples provided. In the past, staple kitchen items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and filters were always welcomed. We made a few more grocery runs than we would have liked because how limited the supplies were for kitchen use. The smart tv does play Netflix, but is a little more outdated than we expected. Location and the property was beautiful overall. We will be back.

Very nice apartment, extremely spacious and comfortable which contained everything we needed. Everything which was advertised was present and with the exception of a few blinds fully functioning, great location with nice restaurants close by. Just be aware that the complex is undergoing renovation during the winter so even though this apartments building has been completed (as mentioned in the listing) others in the complex are still having work carried out which means it can be quite noisy during the day.

Wonderful place to stay on the bay!
We got an early check in which was great, and the place was beautiful. Right on the bay and awesome views of the sunset and sunrise. Bring some trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent, there was only 2 of each. Would have been nice to have more, but not a big deal. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a family. Loved our week spent here

Great time
We had a wonderful time at the condo. Loved the two balconies looking out over the bay, perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Easy access to both the Gulf and bay. The condo was clean and management called to welcome us and responded to our needs quickly. We would stay here again.

very clean updated condo with what we expected to be in it.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We kayaked almost every day, and friends pick us up on their boat one day. The stairs are a pain sometimes when you need to use the bathroom and you are upstairs or need a water and your down stairs, but we played that up to we were working off all the junk food we consumed while there. I would not advise the unit for an elderly person, people that don't like to move a lot/exercise, or for people with very small children. For us it was nice and a plus to have those extra side windows on the balconies with 100+ degrees out side. I love the view of the bay you can defiantly hear the waves very well, and you can see the gulf from the kitchen windows so for the ones who complained about not seeing the gulf and missing the sounds of the waves I really don't get it??? Everything worked well and the A/C was cool both upstairs and down. I would advised bringing a beach cart to go to the gulf only to help get everything out there but the walk is very short and nice. Vacasa kept us informed on things going on while were there and made sure everything was as expected.

Great stay
Our family consists of 4 of us ranging from 18-40 and one 8 year old. There are a LOT of steps, both to get to the condo and in the condo too. The condo itself is absolutely lovely and we loved our stay. Perfect location with great bay views and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and need to be punctual.
Check-in no sooner than 4 o’clock. Maybe in the future, an e-mail for check-In when unit available. Would have let them know sooner WHEN we left the unit, if it wasn’t so cut and dried for check-in. No ice maker. Maybe include that in description for a heads up. Fireplace, but only for decoration. Said there was dishwasher pods, none to be found. All minor issues. Place is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Like the parking also.

Amazing location!
The unit is beautifully decorated! Although, we didn't like the one picture on the wall in the master bedroom. It was nice to have a bathroom in both the kid's room and the master bedroom. The shower in the kid's room was very nice. The towel rack in the master bedroom was loose so we couldn't use it. The ice machine didn't work in the freezer, but we filled cups of water and placed them in the freezer to make our own ice. The salt and pepper shakers were not full and there was a piece broken off of the salt shaker. These were just some minor things and did not change how much we loved staying at this unit. We loved being so close to the beach to swim. This condo is so close to Fort Pickens and was a a nice place to visit. We would definitely at this unit again when we return to Pensacola in the future!

First off go straight through the Vacasa site. Going through Expedia they charged us cancelation insurance that is only good for airlines. Then VRBO takes over and charged us a ridiculous fee to book. Vacasa was great to deal with. The property is a slice of heaven. Corner condo. Huge and an outstanding view . Right on the water. Spotless, well equipped, alot of thought put into decorating. Excellent 2 car parking right under the unit. All around perfect and we can be picky.

Clean and beautiful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was very clean and smelled great, and the furnishings were clean and new. The location was perfect for us, being at the end near the fort and reserve, but still drivable to pick up supper. The views on both sides of the condo were amazing! Nice unit but...
When we arrived there were sugar ants on the kitchen counter and sandy floors. Then next day we experienced a huge roach. Pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain. Toilet seats need to be replaced. And one bedroom sheets were extremely worn with holes. Unit is beautifully decorated and nice overall besides on basic maintenance. Great location and family friendly.

Recommendations
Location was perfect! Recommendations: need hand towels in kitchen, LR ceiling fan broken, more throw blankets, cable TV slow & guide doesn’t work, dryer makes super loud noise, MB needs new vertical blinds, MB shower is awkward (update). Overall it was clean and has nice decorations. Unit just needs some TLC in some areas.

Cleanliness was an issue.
We absolutely loved this condo and the location could not have been better. However, there were a few issues that need to be brought to the owner’s attention. First of all I will say that the kitchen, bedding and bathrooms seemed to be clean but the tile floors were filthy. They looked like they were clean but after just a few minutes of walking on them barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. It was so bad that we had to buy socks to wear while in the condo just to keep our feet clean. There is also a problem with the air unit. When we arrived the air was set on 75 and it was very hot so we dropped it down to 70. That did not help at all so we dropped it down to 60 and we went out to eat to give it time to cool down. After an hour or so the downstairs became cool enough to be comfortable but the upstairs never got completely comfortable. The kitchen was clean (except for the floors) and it was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. but the toaster and disposal were broken. The toaster will work but you have to hold down the lever the whole time it is toasting. The hot water valve also leaks out and runs on the floor on the left side between the tub and the toilet. With all of that said, we still loved the property and didn’t want to change units. We will probably not return to this exact unit but will definitely stay at the property in a different unit the next time we vacation in Pensacola.

Beautiful condo.
Need a new cleaning lady, the unit was not clean, the floor was dirty, the master bathroom shower curtain need to be replaced/mildew, guest bathroom had hair in the shower, bed sheets too. Over all the carpets need cleaned and the seating too. Left underwear in washer, unit 228 need a good cleaning no spot cleaning ..

Great Location!
Condo was in a perfect location. The pool had an actual key and we were able to swim whenever we wanted. Pool was never crowded. It is on the bay side and if you rent a pontoon boat you can pull it right up to the condo which was amazing. There was a kiddie area right outside the condo on the bay and you could easily set up for the day, grill, and let the kids play in the bay or on the kiddie playground. The condo wasn’t super clean in certain areas and there were some items left from another visitor under couches, but overall it was decently clean. I will say a HUGE shoutout to the property manager who made sure we got some cool air as fast as she was able to. It was 80+ degrees in the condo when we arrived. We were definitely assisted in a timely manner. The longest part was actually waiting for the HVAC company to show up which was not in the control of the property manager. Overall, very pleasant stay!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors obviously not wet mopped lately and there were objects, maybe toys underneath sofas which means no one cleaned under them. Just a couple of examples. Would not stay again. Too bad because it was a nice condo and great access to beach.

Super convenient!
Place was pretty spectacular - and homey! You can easily walk down to the bay and post up there or walk across to the beach. Both were so convenient it was amazing to have choices. The views were superb honestly can’t get better views. Loved the guest bathroom shower and the bedding was light weight and clean. Only complaints were... we had standard pillow cases on the king sized pillows, had to kill a cockroach the first night but he might have snuck in when we brought stuff in never saw another, took us about an hour to figure out how to reverse the upstairs fan blades to get the air flowing properly, we didn’t have a pool key ready but it was brought to us in like 5 minutes once we called. Would stay again for sure!

The condo had all we needed.
Good girls trip and the condo had everything we needed. I was impressed by the furnishings and the kitchen supplies. One note there is not a bathroom on the 2nd floor. One of the girls had a bad knee so this was an issue for her.
