Beautiful view

We enjoyed the stay very much! The view was beautiful and the area where the condo was located was quiet. The condo was exactly as pictured. Only negative was the bedroom was bright at night and as soon as the sun came up, you knew it. It would be the perfect place if they had blinds or curtains instead of the pull shades. We plan to return soon!

Very nice place.

Great condo, beautiful view. Secure. So grateful for a pet friendly place to stay. The only cons were ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work and ac was very loud when it came on interfering with sleep in the second bedroom.

Mostly ok

The entire property was very nice. Pet friendly. But so well kept. I understand prices of taxes and insurance and such has all gone up and this makes rental prices go up. I paid double if what I use to pay 10 years ago and over a $1000 more than I normally have to pay. Having said that, there were only three complaints from out stay: 1)No weight room/fitness/workout facility available. It should not be listed as an amenity. I normally bring dumbbells with me but this said there is a fitness room with a picture of it. I asked someone that lived there and she said if they dont give you a white card form the owners of the unit you CANNOT use the facility. There was a pad lock to the pickleball courts as well. Idk if my room key would have worked. There was nothing on our instruction she that said “room key will access pickle ball courts” like it tells you for wife and such. 2)with 4 adults, when I rent a unit a tv for us in the 2nd bedroom is important. Could not change the channel AT ALL. 3)this is. It that big of a deal but cooking utensils were limited. If you plan to cook a lot might was to bring some. We made do but just in case someone really needs more wanted to out it on there.

Great view..condo could use a deep cleaning

Condo had an amazing view. Direct gulf front condo with a spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Bed was comfortable. Sofa and circle chair were well used and lacked support. Recliner was the best seat. The kitchen was the downfall of the unit. Cabinet doors could use a wipe down-they had old coffee drip stains on them. Door to the pantry had stains from where people would touch it to close it. A simple wipe down is needed. Pots and pans looked like they were the leftovers no one wanted at a garage sale. Location on the beach was great with easy access to the pool.

Nice place

The condo was nice. Kitchen could use some more utensils like a spatula and a strainer. The couchs are broken down. They only supply so many bath towels. So maybe bring extra or bring little extra detergent to wash if staying for a long stay. Id stay again.

The property was well maintained. The property manager responded immediately to the request we made when we were unable to locate an extra set of linens, and brought it out within 30 minutes. Gorgeous gulf views to sit and watch. We loved our stay.

Perfect Little Condo

This condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on while we were there so during the day you could hear drills and such inside but most of our day was at the beach so we weren’t in the room much. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Easy beach access lots of parking overall clean!

The unit had a very nice set up, roomy for our needs. There was not the typical set of items such as soaps for sinks/baths or extra paper towels, toilet paper for weeklong stay. We had brought our own just in case so managed it. Providing more details in listing could help others prepare for their stays.

Enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

The stay was nearly perfect, except one design flaw in the building. There were two air vents covered with flap doors exit out to the outside wall on each floor and these were located, you guessed it, on the bedroom side. Nightly gust would bang the flappers, not conducive for a goodnight rest.
