Extraordinary Beautiful, Recently Remodeled, Portofino 2 Bedroom Condo

This Tower 4 Portofino condo was remodeled/reconstructed completed in May 2025 and is now ready for rental guests. You will love the open living space with all new furniture, bedding along with new appliances in this condo. The kitchen is state of the art with a full wall of additional storage space not to mention the double ovens, induction cook top, and all new high-grade appliances. You will love the leather den chairs that are so comfortable and the new wall mounted TV for entertainment. The showers are exceptionally beautiful and well crafted. After a long day on the beach arrive back at your vacation retreat to relax on the patio while taking in the view of the sound and the Gulf. Enjoy cooking steaks or Florida seafood on our brand-new electric grill.

This truly was the nicest condo we have rented at Pensacola Beach so far. Its owner spared no expense when renovating, decorating and furnishing the space. The view from the 19th floor was incredibly beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location but…..

Great location and good unit but shower door was broken and has been that way a while. For the price point, repair and maintenance should not be lacking. Also, not having a blender at a tropical beach location is a huge oversight on the owners part. We enjoyed our stay but owner should perform an annual review of their property to catch the little things the management company is not responsible for. As a VRBO premier host with multiple properties, I believe the host can’t be 100% hands off if your goal is five star ratings.

Warm, inviting Beach Beauty

We spent four days at this beautiful property to get away and have some down time from work with our children. The property was so nice and had a warm, inviting feeling. It also was stocked with much of what we would need. My husband also commented on the wonderful array of spices they had so that we could cook up some fresh fish. The location is perfect. Close to both the bay and the gulf side, so when the wind was a little rough, the bay side still felt nice and inviting. Having the ammenities on site of a pool, restaurants, fitness facility, even and indoor swim up movie were fantastic. Definitely will stop again!

Perfect vacay spot for family

Portofino is a well appointed resort with plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. Highly recommend this unjy. View eas incredible. Large condo. Well appointed. The owner answers immediately and is very friendly and went over the top to accomodate us. Will stay with her again.

Amazing Condo!

We stayed at Portofino this past weekend (8/24-8/28) and it was a fantastic experience. I’ve stayed at this location before but was in tower 5. When I realized this was in Tower 4 I was worried about only having the Bay view but it ended up being wonderful! The sun sets over the Bay, breathtaking views. The staff is very accommodating, the unit was clean upon arrival, we have zero complaints! We will definitely be back!

Great condo

We have stayed at Portofino several times and love the resort for both the beach and bay access. My kids love the options in the bay - we took advantage of the activity course, paddle boards and jet skis. Loved relaxing at the pool as well. The condo was comfortable and loved the location and the view. We like being close to the main pool/lifestyle center. The view was awesome. Kathy, the property manager, was very responsive. Great vacation!

3 night stay in a never been cleaned condo

NOT a good place - BEWARE!! This could be a good place, but it isn't. Here's what I wish someone told me before I booked this condo. Read on... Between the amount of sand on the balcony, bathroom drawers, kitchen drawers, living room, bedroom, the mold in the master shower, the hair in every sink and towel, the whiskers in the front half bath, the food on the floor of the kitchen and rug, the filthy fridge and freezer, toothpaste on the faucets of every sink, food at the base of the door going to the balcony, food in the phone cradle, balcony door that doesn't open in the second bedroom, hair and large twisted up fibers in the dryer, missing drape handles in the master bedroom, dental floss (two pieces) and a piece of a tampon wrapper in the master toilet, extremely used kitchen sink with an unstable faucet, second bathroom towel rod holder that is close to falling off and the shower "button" that jets out and hits your shin when you turn the shower off! We tried to move at 1:33 am when we got there but the entire property was booked so no other condo was available and because of our booking date, we could not cancel and get a refund. Called the host, she said they had a new cleaning lady... What an excuse... We all pay for the cleaning service, but it isn't done. The two pieces of used dental floss and the tampon wrapper on the floor were my particular favorite. So if you like to stay in filthy places as described above, this is your place.

PERFECT!

My husband and 2 boys took a week vacation at Portofino. This was our first time at this resort and the ease of checking in was wonderful. From the parking, quickness of the elevators and kindness of the staff, we very pleased. The private pool at the tower was a great bonus and a quiet getaway from the main pool. We enjoyed all the amenities that the extreme package provided. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We were welcomed by both owners of other condos as well as guests at other condos. We will be back for sure!

Excellent property!!

This was a fabulous condo with views of both the Gulf and the sound (from the same vantage point!). Tower 1 (where this condo is located) of this resort is right across the beach. The kitchen was well stocked . The master bed was comfy! The master shower and jacuzzi tub were divine!! Very, very clean. Kathy provided excellent communication prior to visit. Will definitely come back!!

Fantastic Rental!

The property was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and has stunning views of the gulf, the bay, and downtown Pensacola Beach. I spent a great deal of time on the balcony each morning with coffee, and each evening with wine. The only issue I had was a complete lack of communication on how to check in. When I booked, I was assured I would be contacted by the property manager with instructions. I was not. I tried the app several times, but I had no luck connecting with anyone. Once I pulled into the complex, I immediately spotted the signs for the office, so I figured I was in the right place. The woman at the desk asked who I booked through, and confirmed their guests frequently had communication issues when booking through VRBO. I rolled with the punches, so no big deal, but others may find the lack of instructions more stressful.

Broken TV in living room

The only 2 bad things: 1. The picture of unit on listing showed a different view of the actual view we had. Very misleading. 2. We had no TV signal in the living room and no one was available all week to help us. Skyworks employee were awful and no help at all.
