If you are coming to Pensacola Beach, come to PENSACOLA BEACH. There is no unit that sits closer to the water. Don't come all this way to have a 'peek-a-boo' view of the beach, enjoy a 180 degree view of water as far as you can see. Watch the dolphins splash and play from the relaxation of your balcony. Have a glass of wine while the kids play in the sand, always in view. Maybe take a stroll in the morning with the friendly fearless crane that often comes by. This is the type of place where memories are made.


As for the unit itself, enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in a pillow top king size mattress while listening to the ocean waves through the beach front window or relax in the second bedroom on a plush queen sized bed. All bedrooms have a TV. If you need to reconnect with the real world for just a bit, secure WIFI is included. The building was rebuilt in 2007 and has just been updated and repainted in 2016. All necessary cooking utensils, glassware, and flatware are provided, as is all bedding and towels.

Take a short courtesy trolley ride in the summer down to the boardwalk for food, drinks, water activities, miniature golf, go-karts and more.

Renters must be 25 years of age.

This is a 100% non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking anywhere in the unit or balcony will result in immediate eviction and complete forfeiture of rent and deposit.
