*Please note, Emerald Isle will begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks (through Winter 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Emerald Isle Resort is at the heart of Pensacola Beach. This property appeals to all ages….and all stages, from crib to wheelchair. Family-friendly with two outdoor pools, one of which is heated in the winter months. It's also walking distance to move restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.
