This beautifully maintained property, and is situated on Santa Rosa Sound and the Intercoastal Waterway. The emerald waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the quiet stretch of Ft Pickens Rd on a natural stretch of beach with no development. The grounds feature an Olympic-size pool, sound front pier, dual tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and designated parking. All Santa Rosa Dunes properties are 100% smoke free 24/7.

You can park your car and leave your keys on the counter when you stay at Santa Rosa Dunes. That’s because this beautiful property is within walking distance of everything you’ll need for a relaxing Northwest Florida vacation.

Tour Historic Ft Pickens and miles of natural coastline just down the Street in the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Hop on the new Beach Ferry while you are there to take a tour of the greater Pensacola area by water. Or walk or bike a short distance down the dedicated walking and biking trail to the hub of beach activity. This central beach area is home to Casino Beach, The Pensacola Fishing Pier, and the Quietwater Beach Boardwalk, where you will find restaurants, nightlife, watersports and rentals, fishing charters, and other boat rentals. Pensacola Beach’s famous Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant is only as few steps away.

This property and host were the most excellent ever! I highly recommend! If you ever want a "home away from home", a great property and host, with great views, excellent walk to restaurants and very short distance across the road to the best beach in the world and not overcrowded, THIS IS IT! I could almost be selfish and book all the availability to myself if I could! BONUS: Blue Angels practiced a couple of days and got this picture from the balcony of this unit!

The condo was beautiful and had a great view of Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony! The pool was right across from condo and beach access just across the street. Convenient location to great restaurants and fishing piers. Tresa was so helpful and a great host. We can't wait to come back here again!

Santa Rosa Dunes has been our go-to summer/fall vacation spot for 37 years. We started with our four children, and now it is just my husband and me. This condo was wonderful, a step way above functional, homey and filled with very nice and thoughtful amenities. Messaging with the owner was quick, friendly and very helpful.

This property was very clean and comfortable to stay at. The kitchen has nice cookware, an ample supply of utensils and dishes. The unit has extra blankets and has a comfortable bed. The elevator is really close to the unit’s door making its location convenient. Easy walking distance across the road to the beach. The swimming pool is a really nice size pool with lounge chairs and tables.

Great Vacation Spot!

Pensacola Beach vacation

Pensacola getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and had a nice view of the sound. Can also see the gulf from the front hallway. Very quiet unit. We enjoyed the walk everyday to the Main Street - about 1.5 miles - and then would grab a bite to eat and walk back. Short walk to beach!! Beautiful white sand beach!!

The condo was excellent; the back deck was HUGE with a variety of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fishing off the condo's pier was absolutely wonderful! Always catching! So much fun! Yet also, so quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay!!!

Beach getaway

Our vacation stay was awesome! This place was great for us. My husband love the view of the bay where we can see all the boats and everyday life. The beach is walking distance and very quiet it’s not over crowded. Just the way we want it. Definitely will book again
