Great location and view, comfortable condo in need of a few minor repairs,ie., front door jamb, toilet paper holder... Cleaning crew could have done a better job before our arrival but overall we had a great stay!

I contacted the host a couple of weeks before our visit to confirm the reservation, which she confirmed. Checkin time is 4 pm, later than most other properties, so I asked if early check-in might be available. Host said that the cleaners work for hours to prepare the unit for our arrival and that she would let us check in early if she could. The itenerary and check-in instructions said we would receive a separate message prior to our check-in date with a gate code to enter the property. No such message was received. We had to call the host to gain entry to the property, which was fine, but frustrating due to the check-in instructions being inaccurate. We finally get into the unit to find it had not been cleaned from the prior visitors when we checked in. Apparently no one followed up on our early check in request, nor regarding preparation of the unit for our arrival. The host apologized for the mix up and said she would issue a credit for the trouble. As of our check-out I have seen no such credit issued. The place is great, and the view is awesome. The weather wasn't great after the first day, which is obviously outside the control of anyone, but it really put a spot light on that first evening we spent dealing with the issues of check-in and getting the place cleaned up instead of being able to get out while the weather was nice.
