  • Your dream vacation will come true at Villas on the gulf N2…

    Newly updated condo right on the white sand just steps away from the Gulf. Unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, with new beds, linens, smart TVs in all the rooms, a full kitchen and the best view. All the pictures you see in the gallery were taken from the living room or the balcony. Unit also has a washer and dryer, free WiFi & free parking.

    Property has a private pool, an entry way that goes directly to the gulf (just a few steps from the N building that condo is located in) there are no elevators unfortunately but well lite and spacious staircase. Keyless entry, we provide you with your own code to use during your stay.

    Ron, cohost Casey & also the owners daughter in law live less than 10 min away, if you need anything just send them a message! We want you to enjoy your vacation and soak in the views at N2.

This condo was perfect! It was right on the beach, exactly what we were looking for. The unit was extremely clean, well-maintained, and everything was in excellent condition. The furnishings were comfortable, attractive, and in great shape.We absolutely loved staying here and plan to book this same unit for future trips whenever it's available. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this condo. It is right on the beach and has a balcony for those who prefer to stay more at the condo. It’s past the main strip which helps give it a quieter, less crowded feel while being a quick drive to park and walk around the stores and restaurants.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4 adults. The separate beds in the guest room were a great set up & comfortable. The king size bed in the master was comfortable as well. A welcome tray of goodies & water upon arrival was a hit! Beautiful & direct view of the beach. The condo is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. Super convenient & easy access to the boardwalk. Well stocked with plenty dish soap, tp, linens, etc which was very helpful & appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the furnishings are comfortable, and the house was very clean. I think the home could use a few more details, such as a few things in the kitchen--especially salt and pepper. There was no printed guide to the area or any books or games that we could find. I'm guessing this home is actually new to being a vacation rental, which is rather nice, actually. It was very comfortable for us, and as mentioned, the location on the beach is amazing. The water is just gorgeous, the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Wasn’t stocked very well at all with essentials needed although I looked over the listing & noticed that it didn’t claim to be stocked…. but didn’t even have salt & pepper. Nothing for the beach either. It’s the only place we’ve ever stayed on Pensacola Beach that didn’t have something to take to the beach, not even a beach towel. We had to go purchase items that have always been furnished at other locations on the beach that we have stated in past visits. And I don’t remember seeing that there was NO elevator. Felt overall the listing was misleading. Will not stay here again.

Had a wonderful time from the beach to sitting around on the balcony watching the waves. Great restaurants close by. Also love that it's pet friendly.

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The unit was clean, well stocked and accomodating. The location was a quick walk to the beach. I have already tried to book another stay here but it is not available. I will defin to plan another weekend trip.itely try tovstay here when I am trying

Awesome spot on the beach!

Very clean and pleasant stay at this condo with gulf view! We loved having coffee on the porch while watching the sting rays dance on the waves!
