Beach access directly in front of this amazing condo to put your "toes in the sand" on the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach. Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views, watching for dolphins, listening to the live music at Peg Legs while lounging out on the covered patio in the evening while also listening to the pool waterfall, gazing at the beach lights at night, enjoying the sunrise or sunset, want the best seats for the Blue Angels' show or watching 4th of July fireworks light the sky over the beach, this large balcony does not disappoint for this suite...and being able to walk next door to Peg Leg Pete's or our local convenience store doesn't hurt either. Straight-on Pier Views to watch the Blue Angel Air Show from the confort of this suite: restrooms, air conditioning, kitchen/entertaining areas, etc. This building also has one of the nicest pools and hot tub areas on the beach. This unit is quiet and sleeps up to 6 comfortably (both bedrooms have water views) - the condo has a king bed and private en-suite in one bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to six people (if you require more areas for sleeping, please inquire about queen blow up mattress for an extra charge that will easily fit in the queen bedroom). Full kitchen with new stainless appliances with dining area that seats 7 inside and 4 outside makes meal time easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a jacuzzi tub and shower combination. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories. Pool and Hot tub over-looks the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a trolly stop in front of the building that will transport you all over the island to enjoy all Pensacola Beach has to offer or take a short drive or "uber" ride downtown Pensacola for more entertainment and things to do. NAS is now open to the public or drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch practice shows on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Life Celebration
The condo was well appointed and clean. Great location with a good seafood restaurant a block away. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted him. My only suggestion would be the mattress in the guest room was in need of replacing. It was a nice mattress but had met its life expectancy. If I visit Pensacola Beach again, I would not hesitate to rent this condo.

Balcony Closed
Overall, the condo is very nice! We had a great time, but unfortunately the balcony was closed the whole duration of our trip due to construction that we were never told about prior to the day before arrival. Really wished we would’ve known before and maybe been able to move the reservation as that is the title of the place “Blue Angel with Views”. A better heads up would have been nice.

Great Place
We loved our stay. Location was perfect. We were in town for a cheer competition and we were close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Beach access was perfect. Place was clean and as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Emerald Dolphin Condo
Sibling road trip from the Midwest! Two BR/2ba condo was perfect for us. Both BR have sliding doors to the large balcony, as well as one from the LR. Master BR has separate shower and jetted tub. Seating for seven at bar & bar table. LR includes sofa, electric recliners, and a chair w/ottoman. Condo is VERY clean! There are beach chairs in the hall closet. Lovely view of the beach and water. There is a walkthrough to the beach across the street from the building. Have learned a lesson about asking more questions: sat on the balcony from 8:40am until 1pm awaiting the Blue Angels. Tues & Wed practice begins at 10:30am. Did not see a single one. Original posting for condo, IF memory serves, was "watch the Blue Angels from the balcony" in all caps. May have included, and currently states "air show". PRACTICES for the Blue Angels have a smaller radius that is about ten miles from this condo. While we were disappointed, there is an understanding here that *we* did not ask specific questions before booking, and that owners have no control over flight paths. We had already planned to go to NAS Pensacola the following day, and thoroughly enjoyed the practice there. Was surprised to find a mandatory insurance during booking. The options were to pay for a policy through Generali, or pay several thousand dollars' cash. The fine print included contacting owner/manager to discuss, but simply didn't want to rock the boat. This fee was in addition to VRBO owner's fee and cleaning fee.

Perfect location and great property manager
The property manager made sure that the couple issues that came up for a dress quickly. The location is the best on Pensacola Beach in my opinion and the views were amazing. Clean and just what I needed.

Excellent Stay
Overall it was a very nice experience. Condo was clean and everything as it should be. Only complaint I had was work being done on the building. For two days workers were jumping over the railings to do work on the balcony. I fed them and they didn’t come back for the last day but plastic was everywhere. All well better luck next time! Everything else was great! I’d stay again.

Relaxing stay
We enjoyed are stay here. Was an excellent long weekend getaway. Owners were quick to answer any questions and address any of our needs. We even met one of the owners and had a nice talk about the area and places to eat. If anyone is wondering there is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Would stay here again.
