Fish from the newly built docks, bring your boat or jet ski.
We have a dock and pilings to accommodate two boats and the single swivel jet ski lift is available for you to use during your stay. The house also has a brand-new generator for the safety and comfort of your family!

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen and spacious sun rooms. There is a flat screen tv in the living room along with a comfortable couch and rocker/lounge chair. The kitchen includes a counter with seating for 4. There is also a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy home cooked meals. The house features two outdoor sun rooms, one with a futon and the second room has an outdoor kitchen, dining table and chairs, and a flat screen tv. Step out to the back patio to the inviting swimming pool, complete with lounge chairs and fenced in back yard. Beautiful views of the surrounding waterways await you!
The three bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with king bed and tv. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
