Beach Colony Resort in Perdido Key….This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is beautifully furnished and ideally located in the desirable East tower, boasting countless upgrades and luxury touches. The unit is situated on the quaint and picturesque East end of Perdido Key. This resort pairs recreation with relaxation and offers every amenity imaginable, including 2 outdoor beachfront pools, an indoor heated pool with a jetted spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a charcoal grilling area.

This unit offers close to 1800 square feet of living luxury and 300 square feet across three balconies for our guests to enjoy, hosting an open and spacious floor plan, premium designer furnishings, and the most amazing views. Upgrades include contemporary furniture, lighting, fans, and hardwood tiled floors, to name a few! Because this is an exclusive corner unit, the western end has additional windows and affords dramatic sunset vistas, which you can enjoy from your oversized balcony! Adorned in modern décor, the living area boasts a white sectional, a large chair and ottoman, a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! The covered terrace offers a double chaise lounge and countertop height 48” round table.

Impress your friends and family by preparing a 5-star meal in the gourmet kitchen... Featuring granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the appliances and small utensils necessary, this luxury space affords everything you’ll need to get cooking! The elegant master suite is fit for royalty, hosting a beautiful king bed with luxurious linens and bedding, a 65” flat-screen smart TV, and beachfront balcony access. The en suite bath is equally impressive, featuring a 2-person jetted tub overlooking the gulf, a separate glass and tile shower, and double granite vanities. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, luxury linens, a private bath, 58-inch flat-screen smart tv and north balcony access. The third bedroom is a second master, featuring another king bed, private bath, 58-inch flat-screen smart tv , and north balcony access, with stunning views of Old River, the Intercoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key! Each bedroom offers flat-screen smart TVs. Additional air mattresses are provided when you need just a bit more sleeping space.

Would definitely stay again. There is so much room in the condo and so much attention to comforts and extras. From reservation to check out everything was very smooth. We come down about once or twice a year for the past 20 years and this was by far one of the best!!

This property is amazing. The ease of booking, check in, location all exceeded my expectations! The owner communicated very quickly and was an amazing host. We will definitely book this place again. I also booked beach chairs with an umbrella through Excel. Ethan and Dalton were awesome! They had our beach spot set up daily at 7 am - 6 pm.

We liked the size and decor but our problems were housekeeping issues. Black hair on the sheets,burned out bilbs, slippers amd debris on fueniture left by previous renters. Told owner who said a different maid had cleaned and she was sorry. I would have been happiet if a discount had been offered.

Awesome Vacation

This was our first trip to Perdido Key so we didn’t know what to expect. It was incredible! Condo 9D at Beach Colony East was perfect. It was exactly as described and we loved it. The views were amazing, plenty of room for everyone and the pool was superb. And of course, the beach was beautiful and so much fun. Local restaurants were so good and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook in the room as well! We had a great family vacation and can’t wait to do it again!

Sweet Reprieve

Very nice condo in a good location. Only problem was the cleaner did not clean balcony furniture. I did it and it looked to me like it had been neglected for more than a week. I contacted the owner who was very apologetic. Her response was very quick and I would definitely recommend the condo to others.

Wonderful Reunion With College Girlfriends

This condo was perfect for us. Every detail was as described. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of seating in the family room and on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We will try to stay in this exact condo in the future.

Fantastic!

I’m depressed that we had to leave. Love this place and would leave in the morning going back if possible. I guess we will have to wait till next October. Owner was quick to respond to my needs and questions. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Grandparents weekend.

Overall the stay was great. I wish there had been a little leeway with check in… we arrived at 3:30 and had a infant with us that needed to be fed and since daughter was breast feeding there was no where to feed and we couldn’t get in condo even 30 minutes early. Only other thing is the TV’s in guest bedrooms did not work. We put new batteries in the remotes but that still did not fix it. Neither one would turn on. Weather was beautiful so we were not inside a lot to need the TV’s.

The perfect spot!

We absolutely loved this unit and the location in Perdido. The host was so easy to work with and was extremely helpful when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The unit was so comfortable and inviting with a living room that was perfect with a huge TV for movies. The weather was perfect and the beach service there was a delight to work with. We will not hesitate to book this unit again.

Fantastic view! Awesome floor plan. Great proximity to beach, very comfortable beds, abundantly stock kitchen, loads of towels and linens, games and books. Need to fix closet doors on 2 master bedroom and sliding glass doors on bath tub. Floors are sandy which I can understand but our feet were getting dirty from either the patio floor or condo floor. We found the unit very comfortable but the living room could use more lamps. The chairs and booth in the kitchen are flaking material on The floor.

Family trip

This condo does not disappoint! I have never been to Perdido Key but we had a large family trip this year and I couldn’t have picked a better condo! My mother is older and has a hard time getting around and this condo, inside and out, was so easy for her! That was a huge blessing! The condo owners were amazing and super helpful! I highly recommend this particular condo!

Stunning oceanfront condo with breathtaking views!

Beautiful and very spacious condo in a gated community. 2 master bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom had more than enough space for the family. (Could have even brought friends!) Loved the large pool, being on the beach, the cleanliness and quality of the unit, and the unexpected accommodations from the owners. Very polite! Wouldn't hesitate to book here again! Also, dont flrget to take advantage of the book they have provided of area restaurants and attractions! <3

Beach Gem

My first thought is to give this place a low review so it stays my little secret piece of heaven on the coast, but I would not do that to this awesome host! The building is very well kept, as well as the parking lot and pool and boardwalk. (We didn’t use the fitness center but it looked nice.) The unit is also very well kept and spacious, with a spectacular view from a nice size balcony we could all enjoy at once. The host provides the amenities and staples for the condo that cover more than a normal condo provides, which is very appreciated. Security is onsite, and present, checking guests are authorized to be on property, whether it’s parking lot, pool or private beach area. Communication with the host was stellar from day one, with prompt responses when I had questions. Definitely a Perdido Key gem!

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at the condo for a family spring break vacation. We stay in various condos frequently and this was one of the most well stocked units we have ever stayed in. Plenty of towels for all of us. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Very helpful and responsive owner. Overall great stay.

Fall getaway

The place was clean, spacious and well stocked. We loved the large patio overlooking the gulf! The owners were very attentive when we had questions. The owner even emailed me when the place was cleaned before check in time. We will be back!
