Spanish Key Beach Resort in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Several of the electrical outlets not working. Oven temp not accurate Screen door broken. Needs more skillets to cook with. Master bed so comfortable. View beautiful was nice not too much traffic or people One elevator broken parking good

Wonderful experience!

This place has everything you need for a wonderful beach experience. Easy access to the beach, responsive management, and great accommodations. We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 children. Would highly recommend.

Awesome home and location

The room is beautiful and the description and pictures are completely accurate. the balcony overlooks the beach and the Adirondack chairs are very comfortable. Everything in the facility was great. You are literally walking distance from the Florabama and an easy drive to any Orange Beach or Gulf Shores location. Only issues were communication at check in - there were parking passes but no wristbands which are required. I messaged, texted and emailed to ask if there were certain place to park and to inquire about the wrist bands but my inquiries went unanswered.

Right place wrong time

Beautiful property will come again!!!! Weather changed after I already booked it was rainy and cold. But will definitely make better weather time next time!!! Very clean and nice!!!! No lights that worked over dining table but we made do!!! Still 5 stars!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the less crowded beach @ Perdido Key. We had plenty of room for our family. The only negatives were in the bedroom with the bunk beds there was no usable closet, the closet was locked out. We went and bought a coffee maker because the coffee pot in the condo that hold the filters was broken. The other negative comment was I had called on Tuesday to replace the overhead bulb in the master bathroom where the toilet was because it kept flashing like a strobe light, no one ever came. The positives were it had plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware so as not to have to run the dishwasher as much, plenty of towels. We loved the 5th floor location and view with easy access to pool and beach. There were plenty of room to sit, large screen tv. Overall we loved the condo and would consider staying again. I gave the review a 3 out of 5 because of the issues I mentioned.
