Denna rymliga 3600 kvm. Ft. 5 sovrum / 5 ½ bad toskansk stil Villa sitter på smaragdvatten i Mexikanska golfen i Navarre Beach, FL.
Detta radhus har 5 sovrum, alla med egen privat badrum. Två av dem är Grand Master Suites med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen med privata duschkabiner och bubbelbadkar. 4: e våningen Grand Master Suite har en privat badkar med utsikt över bukten. Varje Grand Master Suite har en egen privat balkong med spektakulär utsikt över den vita sand och smaragd havet. De andra 3 sovrummen har en queen size-säng och eget privat badrum med vackra kakade duschkabiner och fantastisk utsikt över ljudet. Varje sovrum och bad erbjuder ett spa som upplevelse som inkluderar lyxigt sängkläder och sängkläder. Det finns ett stort däck med plats för 10 med utsikt över den lugna utsikten över bukten. Du har din egen privata strandpromenad till de vita sandarna och turkosvattnet som väntar på dig. Varje våning har egen luftkonditionering, ugn och varmvattenberedare. The property was beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings. There are 4 floors, but there's an elevator in addition to the wide stairs. We loved the beachfront view of the ocean on all 3 floors - wide balconies. Our host Tammie was very responsive with all my questions before the trip. They have everything for the beach in the garage, so no need to bring those items. Restaurants in Navarre and Pensacola beach are convenient and had excellent seafoods. Beach was very quiet & peaceful, not crowded although there are public accesses along that main road. Perfect location with 1 of the larger property on that beach.

Paradise

Beautiful home that accommodates large family. Everyone had a private room and bathroom. Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and with the location and private board walk to the property it was very peaceful and secluded. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our meals and not have to leave. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with sand toys for the little ones. A lot of games for the evenings. All the instructions from how to use the elevators to the tv were very clear. There was a book with information about the restaurants and entertainment in the area and pictures of the local shells and fish. Our week was absolutely perfect!

Thanksgiving Stay

House was in a beautiful location on the beach. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and kitchen was stocked exceptionably well for cooking for our large group. The elevator was great for my elderly Mom and the beds were comfy and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Wonderful stay!!!

Perfect house and location

Every summer my husband and I vacation with my friend and her son. This year we had a new addition to the vacation trip….6 month old grandchild with our son and wife. The house was perfect as we all had our own space. Beach is never crowded so we can really enjoy every day! We have stayed here before and just keep coming back. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Place For A Special Celebration!

Everything about our stay at Tuscany Navarre was simply wonderful! We gathered a group of family & close friends from all over the country here to celebrate FIL’s 89th birthday! Navarre Beach & this place was everything our family had wished for! This house is spacious, well decorated, very well provisioned & exceptionally clean. The owners were super responsive in setting up for our arrival & answering any questions. Everyone in our group of seasoned travelers was super impressed with all aspects of our stay. A special thanks to Tammie for making sure our stay was an excellent experience. We hope to come back for a future stay!

Annual Sibling Reunion

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It was just as lovely this time as last year! Or maybe even better! We noticed a few extras that we didn't remember from before, like the drink fridge! Yay! With 5 siblings in our Family we are scattered across 4 states. Wonderful place

The house is beautiful & wonderfully furnished & very very clean! We had everything we needed to cook with except the food! There is markets close by so that was also a plus. The white. sandy beach is right out the front door so laid around, built sandcastles & look for seashells. Also saw pods of dolphins almost every morning so again a plus! If & when we go back again we will definitely stay there!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The elevator was very convenient for my parents. The rooms were very spacious and everyone had PLENTY of room. The view is incredible from both balcony suites. I couldn't have picked a better condo for us all to stay together. This place had it all and then some! Stores were very close by along with lots of dining spots. Most importantly we were right on the beach! The hosts were awesome and responded very quickly anytime we needed anything. We were definitely spoiled and really can’t see ourselves staying anywhere else. Thank you to Tammie and Curtis both. You made our stay very enjoyable and would love to stay again. It was hard saying goodbye. Till next time… you won’t want to leave! :)

Amazing!

This house is truly just as beautiful as it looks! We have stayed there twice and will come again. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality cookware, the beds are comfortable and the elevator makes loading in and out much easier than other places we have stayed. Working with the owners is easy and they are available if there are any issues. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Sibling Annual Reunion

Three years ago, five retired siblings, after being scattered across several states, decided to begin getting together for an annual reunion. This home was the perfect retreat for us. Five bedrooms, five baths, big kitchen and an awesome view of the the gulf. And the elevator! Yay! Super easy to get all of our bags and groceries to the upper floors. Spouses and sibling all agreed this was the perfect retreat, the best yet! We will be back!

Spacious and everything we needed.

We have been coming to Navarre for many years and this was probably our favorite place to stay. There was plenty of space & seating for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything thing I needed to cook for my very large family. The bathroom in every room assured no fighting over showers. Every floor had a vacuum and cleaning supplies for the inevitable. Finally I felt I got much more house for the price I paid. I have spent a lot more on other properties and did not get anywhere near what I got here.

Beautifully appointed Beach House, not really a condo because it's huge! We had a wonderful time here, the owner was extremely timely with her responses when we had questions. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.
