Rich Events is Pensacola's premier boutique space for a vacation rental or a special event rental. With approximately 3000 total sq. ft. of available space, this luxurious loft is in the heart of downtown Pensacola, conveniently located to the finest restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and shopping. Situated on the corner of Intendencia and Palafox, the venue is the perfect mix of charming historic architecture and sophisticated mid-century modern décor.

Please note that a VRBO rental is only for overnight stays (maximum of 4 people), however Rich Events is an exquisite option for intimate weddings, lavish birthday celebrations, private dinners, corporate receptions, and can be used to host an event for an ADDITIONAL FEE. Wedding Wonderful

Stayed here for my daughters downtown wedding. It was perfect. Large space perfect for entertaining the wedding party and having hair and makeup done for all the ladies the day of. Sleeping more than 2 is an issue of comfort, plenty of room but only one bed. Bathrooms were clean and very nice The area is street noisy at night but it quiets down eventually. Parking is around the corner so loading and unloading are done on the street. Not an issue if you plan to walk around town. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for dining in, but you need to visit local restaurants, great food. Donut place downstairs is fabulous. I highly recommend

Wedding weekend

I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my downtown Pensacola wedding. The Loft was beautiful and makes for some gorgeous “getting ready” photos for the wedding album/video!

Deceptive POST!!! Not 2 Bedrooms

This place doesn’t have two bedrooms. Then the nerve of the owner to try to tell me we damage her 1800 century stove. Literally degreaser and elbow scrub would get it out. Don’t supply your guest with janky pot sets!

Pre-wedding command center

My son and his fiancée rented the space before their wedding. It was a wonderful space for our families to come together to socialize. The bride and her sisters had sister bonding time the night before the wedding. The bride and her sisters got ready in the space the day of the wedding. The photographer took photos there and the wedding got underway. We have photos of the bride playing the Grand piano in her wedding dress. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The couple got married at Old Christ Church. I look forward to renting it myself for a week of Pensacola exploration.

Gorgeous space for rehearsal dinner.

The loft is gorgeous and bigger than the photos suggest. Perfect for a small dinner, wedding photos, wedding night, etc. Hosts were available. The location and parking were excellent.

Lovely Location - Disappointing Rental

Pros: Beautiful Location Property Manager/Owner Quick Response Cons: The pictures online are misleading, It is not a true two-bedroom; the second bed is a pull-out sofa and is closed off to the main living area by drapes, The property was dirty and worn, Large TV secured in the main room on the sideboard, not shown in pictures, and is awkward for hosting an event, The balcony is a shared balcony with dead plants and dirty furniture, The drapes in the unit are stained throughout with broken hooks, The washer and dryer require needle nose plyers to use, The drawers in the kitchen serving area are disheveled, No hot water in the second shower/bathroom Rented the VRBO for a two-night stay and paid for further rental to host a baby shower at the location. The rental tables and chairs, with dried food and liquids, were dirty from prior use. The rented linens were dirty and stained with visible mold on them. The rental closet was disheveled, dirty linens littering the floor, steaming irons that did not work, etc., We reached out to the Rental company to inform them of the above issue regarding the rentals and the cleanliness of the unit itself when we started to pull the rentals out at 5:00 pm Friday. Thou we had paid for early check-in, we spent the first 3 hours loading stuff up to the unit and purchasing what else was required. Therefore, we only realized the issue once we started pulling out the rentals. The response from the rental company was immediate, and they

An Actual Dream Weekend Stay

I love Pensacola. Every single part. It was a no brainer for my fiancé and I to plan our wedding in a space that feels so much like home for each of us. That’s why I knew that Jo’s downtown loft was exactly what we needed to make our wedding weekend perfect. The booking process was so easy and Jo answered my questions before I booked so quickly. Check in and parking were easy to navigate and clearly communicated. The photos provided were spot on, but even those are nothing compared to the space in person. Since I also chose to get ready there with my bridesmaids and parents before my wedding, our hair and makeup team was able to easily access and have the perfect set ups that they needed to work. Our photographers and videographers had so many awesome options for shots and the lighting was what dreams are made of. Our family and friends were able to stay close by and visit with us for drinks on the balcony and were in awe (and ready to book their own stays). Instructions for cleanup were clear and easy to follow. We wish we never had to leave. I would stay here a million times over and it truly is the best new little spot for any bride looking for some prime photo opportunities or a weekend getaway.

Incredible!

Pictures (although accurate) do not do this property justice. Incredible location. Located in the heartbeat of Historic Pensacola’s shopping and dining, my family and I enjoyed walking around Pensacola’s beautiful downtown to shop at several boutiques and the occasional stop at AJ’s Market for key lime pie ice cream. Easy access to major roads made getting to pensacola beach and perdido key a breeze. But nothing… I mean it, nothing… beat the beauty of this property and the balcony views in the evening. Even having lived in Pensacola for several years, it is hard to imagine staying anywhere else. Simply cannot wait to come back to 2 East Intendencia on our next visit!

Best in town

The property was very clean, comfortable and within a walking distance to several attractions in downtown Pensacola. Joe and Chuck were flexible and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay there again.
