Family baseball trip

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice beach and the view was beautiful. Traffic in the area was very busy if you left the condo.

Nice location to beach.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Unfortunately the elevators were down and was supposed to be fixed 2 days after we arrived. They were not fixed until the day we were leaving after all of our things were packed. Fortunately we were not on the 6th floor. The condo is very basic in its' accommodations. It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and having an umbrella and 2 chairs everyday was a nice touch. The young man handling the beach service was amazing!!

Fort Walton trip.

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants .The beach is beautiful an a easy walk, 30 yard from condo.. The only downside is the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. But I would rent it again.

Great Location to beach!

The location and view of the ocean was awesome. I was a little surprised that the bathrooms were not as clean. Finding hair in the tubs and mirrors not cleaned was a little surprising.

Great beach getaway

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. The rooms & bathrooms were spacious & clean. The only issues we encountered were the queen bed & twin beds need replacing because they were very uncomfortable & my adult guests could feel springs & lumps. Also would have been nice to have an extra blanket & pillow cases. Compared to some rentals, this was bare bones equipped. Perhaps because of Covid, there was nothing left that we could have used…dishwashing soap, salt & pepper, dryer sheet, garbage bags, etc. Also sad there were not any beach chairs to use from the storage room. (Other reviews said there were) With 6 in our party, the 2 chairs/umbrella on the beach had to be shared. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the pause/serve spring on coffee maker was broken, a few larger pots/pans would have been nice & a bit more silverware (not enough forks for 6 ppl). We enjoyed our stay but since we moved to Wyoming & flew in, it was much harder to bring what we needed (chairs, laundry det, beach toys, etc). & then have wasted half of what we had to buy because condo didn’t supply. Thanks for lovely vacation!

The location and condo were nice. The chairs and umbrella available on the beach was good too.

The layout of the condo was nice. There were no comforters on the twin beds so the kids got cold and we gave them the comforters from the other 2 beds. There were no lights at the pool until we emailed the property, but they had them on for our last night's stay and they were prompt to respond. Good stay for the price.

Great Location and Nice Place

When driving up to the location, it seemed to be a little on the smaller side, but after being there for just a little bit of time, we really enjoyed the smaller building. The place was very nice inside and had a great deal of space for the 6 of us. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well. The other plus side to the smaller building is that the beach didn't seem to be as crowded as some of the other larger buildings. The beach in front of each building it set for that building. We never felt crowded on the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus too. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it was just enough off the main drag to be a quieter setting and more relaxing overall.

The condo was great, location awesome, and everything went well. The only thing about this property is its old and the pool is small and on the parking lot side so we never used it. I prefer a pool between the beach and the condo. Would recommend though if pool is not the main draw.

Great location!

You can’t beat this location! The condo could use some updates but the easy access to the beach and smaller crowd makes up for the outdated decor and bathrooms. Plenty of room for us and our kids to have our own spaces. The condo was clean. Be aware- the master bathroom does not have a door.... a little strange but not a huge deal. Overall, we’d stay here again!

Great Condo but property was a little disappointing

The actual condo was great! It was clean and is laid out well for six adults. The actual property pool is rather small and is away from the building beside the main street. The property is just basic and somewhat dirty. There is a big incline you have to walk up each time you come from the beach to the condo so that may be an issue for some. If you are focused on great balcony views and spending time on the beach only then it is great but if you want a pool with some nicer amenities, then you may want to explore other properties. Again the condo itself was great.

Awesome Condo

We loved the condo space..nothing fancy or high end but definitely adequate and above all CLEAN. The management was very responsive and quick to a request we made. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked to allow us to do light cooking as we did most of our meals in house. Didn't care for the deck furniture..needed more chairs and not the lounge but thats just personal preference. My one complaint...again personal issue, was the smoke. When you would go out on the deck the neighbors smoke from cigarettes and recreational smoking sucked right in onto our balcony. Since I have asthma I would have to go inside some of the times and couldnt stay out there. Beach service was great! Location was great for us...away from some of the business and hubbub. Loved our time here.

Items needing replacement

Toaster is broken, also electric can opener. Toilet in hall bath needs plumbers attention as it water constantly comes on then shuts off every minute.
