Beautiful view

Everything from check in to check out and everything in between was seamless. Everything was clean and the view alone was amazing!!! Would Definitely stay here again.

Great view

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. It rained a large portion of our stay, so we storm watched, played games and ate some of our meals out there. It was a super short walk to the beach, so in the moments it was not raining, it was an easy walk out. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views and beach!!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean with amazing views. The beach is not over populated. The only thing I would change is getting more towels. Overall this place was amazing!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was perfect for our family.... very clean, well-stocked and roomy. The balcony is perfect and the location was just right for us, being on the quieter, less developed end of the beach. The condo has really cool artwork and felt so comfortable... and the beach was incredible with its sugary, fine white sand and crystal clear blue green water. We loved every moment we were here and hope to come back soon - when we do, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

You get what you pay for.

This condo needs a few things fixed and the area rugs and furniture need to be cleaned. There was just a naked light bulb in the hallway. The are closet in the bed room had bifold doors one door was completely missing from the closet. The doors on the master bathroom were sliding lover doors….. this does not provide much privacy. The rugs in the living room and guest room need to be cleaned. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. The TVs in the bed rooms were the size of my computer monitors. This condo could be very nice. It needs some TLC. The kitchen was very nice. I would not be interested in booking this unit this fall.

Sisters reunion trip

Very nice & clean, with pretty simple decor. Would be helpful to have a large mirror over the dresser in smaller bedroom. Also needs a few hooks to hang towels, robes, etc on bathroom doors.

Great location and place.

My family and I enjoyed the property. The property management company reached out when needed and it was a smooth stay for us. Elevator was being repaired/replaced and the management company informed us of this a week in advance.

Excellent Condo, unappealing building!

The condo itself was wonderful and the ocean view was phenomenal! The building, elevator and outside areas need lots of work! There are several areas that made me feel as though one may be mugged just going to the condo! I am well aware that the fabulous ocean destroys buildings but updates are past due!

First family vacation

We arrived to a beautiful condo in a quiet place that was very family friendly. The space was perfect for what we needed and we loved how close we were to the beach. I always do an inspection of the bed linens as soon as I arrive at a place I am staying. I did find some stains on the sheet and pillow cases. However when I notified the property manager they quickly came to replace the linens and were so kind. There was also a leak in the condo below us and a gentleman needed to come and check out the plumbing. He was respectful and courteous. My only complaint is the couch. Very hard and uncomfortable. Over all we had a wonderful experience and would love to book again in the future!

Xavier Baseball

Emerald Towers West

My husband and I had an awesome time. We enjoyed the condo, the view from the balcony, the sound of the waves and especially the beach! Over the years, we have rented several condos in Florida, but this one was exceptional! The beauty of the condo, the cleanliness and the view made our stay perfect! Great stay

We were happy about the entire experience with this property. The owners were extremely flexible with our booking as it related to possible COVID-19 impacts. The balcony overhang from the floor above us made this property stand out as we could sit outside in the shade. 5 star property and 5 star service! We will definitely stay here again!

Emerald Towers-5006

The location of the property was amazing. The beach service and weather could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed our vacation very much and everyone we met was very kind and accomodating. We had one tiny issue with the microwave, but maintenance had it fixed within a few minutes of calling. Great property service. The property was nice, but could use a little updating in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but only had a very thin blanket/comforter. I wish there would have been more blankets available in the property. Same compliant from the individual who occupied the guest room. Also, the pillows were not comfortable. They were hard and the stuffing was very balled up. The balcony provided great views and is where we spent the majority of our time. The chairs that are on the balcony were comfortable, but the cushions are white and the mold from the elements were visible. We ended up putting towels down over the cushions. The kitchen was very updated and had everything we needed in terms of cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The unit had a lot of towels available to bathing, which was much appreciated. Overall, a nice property with amazing views and quick access to the beach. However, I would probably not book this property in the future. I have stayed at other condos at etw that were more updated and provided items such as cleaners, paper towels, dish soap, etc. for the same amount of money.

Great place to stay

The location is great, the view is beautiful and the apartment is well equipped and in great condition. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was open but the water was closed due to high tide.
