  • Uppgraderingar fortsätter under årens lopp i enhet 7004 så att allt ligger över standarderna i denna lägenhet. Denna enhet har sovplatser för sex personer, den har två fulla bad, ett fullt utrustat kök, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en privat balkong med utsikt över vår vackra smaragdkuststrand.
    PVC-balkongmöbler i enhet 7004, plus extra stolar så att alla kan ha en plats. Detta är en lyx inte alla lägenheter har, detta är en stor fördel för att hyra detta två sovrum på översta våningen. Tvåbäddsrum på rummet är perfekta för barn. För att inte tala om att de kommer att ha sin egen badrumsingång, så din semester förblir privat! Den främre vardagsrummet i viken utsmyckar ny inredning med livliga färger som håller ett kusttema och färsk färg. Börja din dag med familjetid i detta bekväma rum och se delfinerna spela i viken. Du kommer att göra minnen med dina barn som kommer att pågå i början av varje dag! Efter en rejäl frukost, samla dina kylare, lotioner och handdukar och släng dina baddräkter. Få barnen skummade med solskyddsskydd, sätt på dina solglasögon och ta dig ut till stranden! Beautiful beach view with great service

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful site.

Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

Great view of the beach

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water! Good location. Not right in the middle of things, but close enough to get to what you want.

The high table and chairs allowed the shorter ones with us to see over the balcony railing rather than through it. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were very responsive to an appliance issue we had. One elevator was out during our stay but that caused very little inconvenience as there was another working elevator (helpful when you're on the 7th floor).

The only negative things I have are the bed was very uncomfortable and headboard kept hitting the wall everytime you move in the bed which was annoying because I didn’t want neighbors to complain if we had any and the dishes were not clean at all, I pulled out a pan that had crumbs in it and a bowl that was very greasy so I didn’t like I basically had to wash my dishes before I used them. We are having our wedding there next year in May and that’s why we chose to stay in one of the condos there, it is a little scary because I don’t want my family and friends to experience those things as they are very picky but it’s a nice little resort.

The pull out couch was not useable due to brown stains on the mattress, which is likely a spilled coke or something similar but looked bad so we did not use it to sleep 2 of us! The master bedroom had a dead roach between the fitted sheet & top sheet!!! The ceiling fan in the twin bed room has a terrible ticking noise but thankfully there was a box fan in the closet we used & turned off the ceiling fan.

The dining room table was very sticky. It had been repainted & then coated with something! Also, this unit is not ADA compliant. As retirees, we found getting in & out of the tiny bathtub difficult. This is not a unit we would stay in again!

Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, this condo is due for an update. Sagging furniture in the living room was not very comfortable. The toilet in the master is loose and one outlet in the wall is VERY loose. The closets are off track in the master as well. It’s time for a paint job.We have stayed at B and S Rentals every year since 2003. This rental was not up to your standards.

Beautiful View and Comfortable Condo!

From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with this experience! Brooks and Shorey is an excellent management company, a special thanks to Elizabeth, Jessica and Crystal who kept us informed of anything we needed to know, they were so professional. Check in time was prompt, to the minute, as promised. When we arrived, the unit was immaculately cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was supplied with clean towels, even brand new towels in the kitchen! The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The view was spectacular! Amenities were great and complimentary beach chairs were a plus! The condo was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Our A/C went out, but Brooks and Shorey addressed it the same day smoothly and without interruption to us. The restaurants in this area are abundant and one is better than the last. Overall, a great experience!! We hope to return! Thank you for a great 2 weeks!
